Overall the experience was great. Everyone from on-site and the main office were professional and friendly. The process went as described and just about everything sold and was removed in the timeframe established. My only complaint is that we were running 2 auctions consecutively and there was no way to see both auction in the map view - I believe many people may not have known there were 2 separate auctions running at the same time.

Don't like the new website set-up. Does not work well.

The staff taking pictures were great! The policies of Maxsold are very different from other auctions. Not pleased with the guidelines in regards to appraisals, brands of products allowed to sell.
The software is outdated and many customers had issues navigating to bid.

I am not tec savy… everyone was very patient and helpful.

Staff were responsive and helpful in resolving questions and concerns. Improvement needed in self-management tools for sellers and faq section.
Otherwise auction went smoothly. Yielded a better return than anticipated.

The folks in your organization act very professional and are responsive. It’s obvious that their focus is on their customers. And, as a customer, I appreciate it.

Have never had a problem with Max Sold and when I need help they are most gracious and get me on the right track. My last purchase I went a day early after apologizing for being late. The vendor was kind enough to get my item and wished me well.

The sale was very successful. Virtually everything was sold. The Maxsold people handled the cataloguing, the auction and the pick up very well. I’m very pleased with the service.

This was the first time I have used max sold. The system works well and you take your chances on a no reserve auction but all in all not bad . The online app is not the easiest to navigate for setting the auction dates and the pick up window but I will use the service again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly my auction went. It was self managed and rather straightforward for me to take photos and post lots. All 30 items sold! The whole process was about 2 weeks. The MaxSold support team was excellent and very helpful.
