I have been a regular with Maxsold for quite some time. Definately a great Website for buying or selling.

THE TEAM, NAN, JOAN AND ELIZABETH, WERE FANTASTIC IN INFORMING US OF THE PROCESS AND DID A GREAT JOB CATALOGING AND DISPERSING ITEMS IN THE AUCTION. THEY MADE A DIFFICULT SITUATION MUCH EASIER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Excellent experience. From initial phone call through to team representative coordination , cataloguing team and online phone and text/chat support , the entire auction has been professionally and seamlessly handled. There are no surprises and all details of contract and auction process are completely transparent .There is not one part of entire process at which a seller cannot reach MaxSold for any question, information, update or simply "peace of mind" direction on the Auction . The descriptions of one's items (my experience is with MaxSold Managed Auction ) are honest, accurate complete with measurements and high quality photos, and professionally and carefully grouped lots, so as to best showcase items in lots that , in my view, benefit both the seller and the prospective buyer.
I would 100 % recommend , without any hesitation, MaxSold as your MaxSold Managed auction or if you prefer, your MaxSold Seller Managed auction. My experience has been both excellent and extremely positive.

We are very happy that we selected MaxSold to auction the remaining contents of our home after we moved. It would have been overwhelming for us to try to do this in our own. The staff members we worked with were great, and provided additional guidance that was invaluable in decisions we needed to make to achieve our goals.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communications. Realistic expectations. Professional at all times. Expert advice on how to put the items in logical lots, and where to break up sets that were too big on their own. Easy to use app to follow the auction. I did not really believe the 96% sell rate but now I am convinced. The process really works. All but one small lot got sold. Many thanks to all involved.

Everything went as planned including actual auction and pick up.
MaxSold team have been fantastic and available when needed to answer question and help with the auction web page.

Some guy “bought” 46 Lots !!! And Never paid !!!!

The MaxSold team performed what I thought was an impossible task—they liquidated every item we wanted gone. Their set up/inventory day was professional and very thorough. Pick-Up day was amazing. The house was empty of everything we wanted to sell. Job well done. Thank you MaxSold!

Although I enjoy using Maxsold and love the convenience, I believe that it should have the option for reserved bids on specific items. Due to the lack of this feature, I sometimes resort to selling some of my items on other platforms.

Worst auction experience.
You let buyers bid on $900 worth of bids on items
And not pay.
So my auction sales were less that money.Never contacted under-bids or did anything to help, make right or accommodate the seller.
No one would use Maxsold if they knew a bider could bid and just not pay.
Maxsold is Not for the seller at all.
missed out on sales from under bidders and had to remove the unpaid items that I was told was originally sold.
Bad business practices!
Also paid $800 to have items cataloged
30% to Maxsold on top of that and then they have a 15% payers premium .
Over 10% of my sales that were bid on.
Was lost to no pays!!!
Maxsold won’t last with customer service like this for their sellers.
Only good for buyers.

People involved are polite. The auctions are organized. Pictures of the items being auctioned are very helpful. Great deals to be had.

I've been using maxsold for many years now. I have decided to try selling some items. The gentleman who called me sent the information I need to start getting organized for a sale.

Professional, organized, empathetic.

Clear and transparent process. They do exactly what they say they will do. Very satisfied. I recommend them!

After being a very happy MaxSold bidder for years, I decided that it was time to downsize a bit. I was contacted soon after submitting my info regarding having my own sale and was onboarded with ease. I took advantage of the webinar for new sellers, which was great, and answered any questions that I had. I found the process of setting up the auction very simple and very user-friendly with the use of the seller's app. I didn't see anything that could use improvement. The marketing has been successful with bids that are higher than I had hoped for. I would recommend using MaxSold to anyone!

Haven't completed the auction or receivedmy payment yet but so far I like the service. Looking forward to having another auction.
