I had an issue recently that Maxer contacted me about. I was extremely grateful they did and very very happy with the correspondence support and advice and prompt hands-on support. I have recommended Maxer to others over the years and will continue to do so. Again, thank you.

I am customer of Maxer (earlier maxterhost) since a few years now. Whenever I faced any technical issue (and also administrative challenges) I got a very swift response of Stefan and good guidance to maintain my site, fix hacks or whatever was the issue.

The support from this web hoster is beyond believable. The support tech named Armstrong was one of the best support agents iv had with any company. If you need a dedicated server built or a cloud server this company is a great choice.

The Website was under a DOS attack. A workaround was promptly applied to restore service - Thanks!
