bad propfirm and my drawdown limit not reched but by account is hard brach why

1 star. Extremely frustrating KYC and support experience.
I passed the trading objectives and followed all risk rules, but my payout was rejected due to KYC. Support responses took 30–60 minutes per reply, dragging a simple conversation for hours. There is no manual verification option, only automated checks, and once flagged there is no real attempt to resolve the issue.

Communication felt slow, rigid, and unsupportive, especially considering real money and time are involved. Traders should be very careful with documentation before starting, because once an issue happens, support will not help you recover the account.

They terminated my account without reason, i just made -463.50 with my 50k account. The explanation is RISK RULE on INSTANT FUNDING. Keep in mind that 1500 is the maximum loss, and 1000 is the daily loss. But they took my account like scammers. That rule needs to be visible in my dashboard!

Faz 2 ye geçen hesabım haksız sekilde günlük drawdown gerekçesi ile bloke edildi. Sorunumu müşteri temsilcisine aktarmak istedim fakat bir türlü baglanamadım. Dashboard kalan günlük kayıp limitim 158.50 usd görünürken, 136 usd zarar ettiğimde hesabım iptal edildi. Zaten sorunlu ve anlaşılmaz çalışan bir dashboard var ve ben kullanıcı olarak bu yüzden hesabımı kaybettim. Musteri temsilcisine baglanamadığım için şikayetimi buraya yazıyorum. Kendi dashboard hatalarından dolayı yatırımcılar mağdur ediliyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

This is the second time I've been tricked into believing the secret team is trying to get my account burned. This isn't fair. This is the account number; please verify it.10175455 I lost a lot with this company hoping to win an account, but this time it was unfair to me.

I have worked with Maven the longest out of all other prop firms I have tried. My experience has been exemplary. Multiple payouts, never an issue, and always in fast timing! I am looking forward to continuing working with this company. Highly recommended!

A los traders Argentinos, no les regalen el dinero a este empresita, pasas el examen y te inventan reglas que superaste el drawdown diario cuando claramente pones menos. En todos mis trades pongo 2,5% de SL para no superarlo y resulta que en el trade que hago un 10% tp dicen que puse mas del 3% de SL y supere el riesgo diario!

I rightfully passed Phase 1 of my $50k 2-Step Challenge by exceeding the profit target. The platform is supposed to auto close trades at the target, however, the platform did not. I opened a ticket and showed them the trades. They claim nothing else can be done about this. I have given Maven my business over the past year and earned payouts as well. Do right by your customers, Maven.

My experience was superb only that I lost mylive account, it's been a rough year for me but maven is a prop firm I enjoyed trading with, wish I lasted long with them up until payout but big ups to maven. A very well coordinated firm at least when I traded with them

They was great at first but since they put the minimum 3 profitable days their downfall of being great started, I had so many payouts with them but they have the worst slippage you could ever seen like most of the time ur trade order is gonna get filed at a worst price Further due they started to put a 1% risk rule on you if you reach payout or even when you receive your funded account like this is so funny my trading risk management and style hasn’t changed at all for a long time but now they decided that it doesn’t fit them!! , I really hope that they get back as they used to be, because I’m sure ppl will start to look for other props

Honestly speaking , If you start getting payouts they r gonna put 1% risk rule on your funded account until you breached it . From last 1 month they put 1% risk rule on almost every Funded trader without any announcement & they put you on risk just after your payout .. Not For Those who wants bigger & consistent payout .. Dont Buy Here

I passed 5k 2phase account didnt reach a payout, The spread is the only issue for the missing 1 star , they are supportive, active customer support . 3

I passed phase 1 and phase 2 and expected to finally get Funded phase but the company will find reason to scam you. They asked me to give explanation of some of my computer hardware parts (CID) which I never heard of and what doesn't have anything to do with trading and what ever I said they said it is not good explanation and refused to give me Funded phase
