Adam was such a great help to me with. the query I had before ordering my new mattress. Hannah was very good at keeping me informed. The two young men who delivered my mattress were excellent and so pleasant and caring towards me. They went above and beyond getting my mattress to me. The mattress is so good. My sleep pattern is better. My back pain is reducing really quickly. It is so nice to go to bed now and know that I will be comfortable and get a decent sleep.

Hi Mr Story,
To clarify, only one order was placed.
Please note, some of our Divan Bed listings display £0.00 because, at the manufacturer’s request, retail prices for this product range are not published online. Orders submitted at £0.00 are therefore invalid and cannot be processed, which is why the order was cancelled.
This applies only to a handful of Divan Beds. We have reviewed the listing presentation to ensure this is clear and to prevent any future misunderstanding.
Customers are welcome to contact us directly for accurate pricing and full product details.
The listings were temporarily kept live to display the products we offer and to encourage customers to request an accurate quotation.
Customers wishing to purchase Divan Beds are welcome to contact us directly (like most other retailers) for correct pricing and full product details whilst all listings are being updated.
If you would like us to give you a quote please get in touch and we can forward you all the details including the prices.
Many thanks,
Team M4U

Cheaper than other companies
After researching a lot of mattresses I found this company. It was the cheaper than others I looked at for the one I purchased. Delivery was quick. I was given notice of it's arrival. Excellent service.

Good mattress and comms
Hannah was great keeping me up to date with my order. Guys delivering it were ok. I think the guy I talked to was the assistant since he didn't know I'd already paid for taking my old Mattress away but was able to show the order and no issue. Only took a few days to come too.
Mattress itself is super comfy and been having excellent sleeps since!
