It is the worst customer support that I have ever experienced
After they have sent me a broken Product I contacted the Consumer Support.

Their first answer is quick with an (what I suppose) automated Email and then you are in the Trap Loop.
You reply again with details and they just send you an automated Reply that they haven‘t heard from you so far and will close the case after 10 days.
You can answer as many times as you want, you will get the same message again that they haven’t heard from you and then they close your case!!

Hands off Mattel!!

I purchased the superbowl little players and fan last year. I got a person with the wrong superbowl on it and found out it was a major mistake the company made. I asked about getting the correct one and was told they would contact me at a later time. Now they have said that they will no longer honor their product due to to much time passing. This is after months of emailing trying to get help. They have zero customer service. Place will mess up order and then wait you out and say to much time has passed. Never ordering from this scam place again

Love the direction Mattel is going with these WWE retro action figurines. I have no issue receiving my packages and always in mint condition. Thank you for your awesome products. So happy I left EE Distribution for Mattel Creations. Total opposite. Better service and don’t have to worry about receiving damage inventory. Looking forward to see what other surprises Mattel has in line for collection.

RLC Member for several years. I understand the that some items are limited runs and often become "Sold Out" before you can even add the item to your cart. However the recent poor business practice they are using allows you to add the item to your cart and when you try and pay for your order you get stopped by the CAPTCHA to verify you are human which appears to be riddled with programming bugs. This should be done at login (maybe) and once payment has been chosen and needs verified.

This is the second time I have tried to buy something on the website in the past 3 weeks and have been stuck "verifying" and then "approved" only to get redirected to do it again and again and again! This is NOT how verification works.

Once I finally gain entry, the item I had is sold out.

Since they charge an annual "Club Membership", this is disappointing and unacceptable. I have asked for a refund of my "Membership" and would not recommend Mattels products or services until they can learn how to conduct business in the 21st Century.

Chose this product and company because I had a 20% off promo code. Added it on, discount applied, but after ordering the site kicked the coupon off and charged me full price. I contacted company, they said verbatim, "It may show that it applies to the order while you’re in the process of
checking out the order, but when the order is submitted, it will not be applied." By the time they contacted me with that information, the order had already shipped so I requested instead to just initiate a return since I could not afford full price. I was even willing to pay return shipping. Company said the item was final sale, I sent a screenshot of their return policy directly from their website which allowed for the return of an unused item within the time period I was working with, they said it did not apply to that item and that there was nothing further they could do. I can
provide a full email thread with all of these details if needed.

Die Bestellungen werden derart schäbig eingepackt/verpackt da frägt man sich schon.
Bestelle regelmäßig im Mattel Shop Sammler Autos von Hot Wheels und Matchbox und bin immer wieder erstaunt was da teilweise bei mir ankommt. Pakete mit einen Streifen Klebeband verschlossen is da noch das harmlose. Polsterung innen sucht man vergeblich. Ich bin enttäuscht wie Mattel mit ihren Stammkunden umgeht in Sachen Versand.

Awful service. Husband ordered dolls before Christmas that were in stock. No shipping notification or tracking. Been waiting weeks. Chased Mattel Creatins to find out that they are now not in stock and won’t be coming. If we hadn’t chased they would have kept the money and dolls. Worst part is dolls are still in stock and able to purchase on the website. Still waiting on our refund!

I received the order 2.5 months late and on top of high delivery costs I had to pay for extra customs. The sweater I ordered was poor quality and didn‘t line up with the measurements in the size guide. Neither a return, nor refund was possible.

I highly recommend to choose any other website!

Ordered well over a month ago order was supposed to arrive 12th December and contacted numerous times and they didn’t help at all. Christmas present ruined as not here now!!!

Eigentlich mag ich die Produkte von Mattel, aber was da am 5.12 passiert ist, ist einfach nicht mehr lustig. Ich hatte unzählige recaptcha Rästel zulösen und habe, dann es nicht mehr geschafft schnell genug zusein um das Produkt zukaufen weil ich immer noch im recaptcha gefangen war obwohl ich kein roboter bin oder bots benutze. Dieses recaptcha nervt einfach!

Quise comprar una muñeca para mí colección y de entrada me obligaron a comprar la membresía, lo cual ya te incrementa el precio en 10€. Esperé y esperé y no acaban de enviarla según la web, así que escribí al servicio de atención al cliente, que tardó varios días en contestar para mandarme un seguimiento que nunca se movió. Tras unas cuantas reclamaciones con muchísimo retraso en respuesta, finalmente, tras un mes de espera y sin preguntarme si quería un reembolso o que me mandaran de nuevo la muñeca, me hicieron directamente el reembolso, invitándome a que si quería, podía comprar de nuevo la muñeca, eso sí, pagando el doble de lo que había pagado originalmente. Y todo esto cuando en varias ocasiones les había dicho que no quería un reembolso, que quería mi muñeca, y en ningún momento me dieron una respuesta clara o un servicio ni medio decente. El servicio es pésimo y el dpto de atención al cliente aún peor, y su comunnity manager no es mucho mejor tampoco. Ni se os ocurra. Que no den un buen servicio ni respuestas claras ya es inadmisible, pero que encima se rían en tu cara es el colmo.

Be very careful when ordering items as when I went on to the site it took me to the uk website which was fine as I live here it says that you pay £9 for delivery and customs and taxes have been included in with the price

Well guess what it is now with customs in the uk awaiting charges to be paid for by me have messaged Mattel a few times but have not received nothing as yet I will update as to the outcome

Update FairPlay to Mattel told them all the duty and taxes I had to pay and are refunding back within 7 days still waiting have had a reply now they are sending me a cheque which will take 6/8 weeks to arrive not happy as I’ve had to pay out quite a lot of money for duties and charges,please be aware will keep you updated

Said in stock, sent me to target, they said in stock. Tried to buy pay now blacked out. Check back on nov 10th. At midnight went online. in stock. Blacked out again! Called Mattel And target. Other countries. No one knew anything I was talking about

One of the items in my order never shipped. When I inquired asking the item to be shipped, they just gave me a refund instead. They also failed to refund the taxes so it wasn’t even a complete refund, plus I never got my item.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered in Sept, it is now November and it is still in transit. My credit card information was compromised directly after I made this purchase. Do not buy anything from here.

There is good reason to believe creations.mattel.com is a SCAM domain. DO NOT ORDER. I "pre-ordered" a Weird Barbie on August 11, 2023. All in, I paid $60.51 at that time. I received a notice in October that it was shipped. On October 11, 2023 I received a notice that it was "marked delivered". It was not, in fact, delivered. I live in a high rise condo building with a professionally staffed receiving room. All deliveries are logged-in. This alleged "delivery" never occurred. I followed up through the Customer Service link on the blast email advertising products (most recently, a "Kenough"
Doll) by including my Order No. I received an email response two days ago from "Ranmar M." stating that "You pre-ordered this item. It will be 'shipped out' on May 31, 2024". I tried a follow-up reply to the email. It bounced back as a "no-reply" email address. "Customer Service"?

Do not order. I never received my Barbie doll

Order supposed to arrive by 29th September. Still not received by 15th October. Emailed to ask where order was, told 'lost in shipping', asked for refund. Still waiting two weeks laters for refund. Told refund had been processed on 15th October and should have been in account within 7 days, contact banking institution. Now not replying to emails. Do not use this company.

I am bitterly upset and depressed, I suffer with depression and anxiety and I am unable to go out on my own. The reason I have become even more depressed is the way you have marketed the new Stevie Nicks Barbie Signature Doll, the way you have allowed scrupulous people to purchase 10 of this Doll. So much so that it sold out in minutes. You only have to look on ebay to see the kind of customers that you have allowed to purchase these highly collectable dolls. Certainly not fans of Stevie, but people intent on making a quick buck. You have emailed me with every single new Doll informing me of the release date and the date and time with a countdown to when I could purchase.
Every new Doll except Stevie Nicks. I say again every new Doll apart from Stevie Nicks.
I really can't explain in words the disappointment in not being able to purchase this Doll. Stevie is and always has been my all time favourite singer and her music has constantly managed to help me with my depression, I have bought all of her releases on vinyl, CD, limited edition releases, reissued collector's limited edition vinyl and CDs for the last 40 years. She is and will always be to me, the most iconic rock star and musician ever. Her songs make you believe that when things are bad, that your life can get better, there is a reason to carry on, to get through the bad times and find light at the end of the tunnel. I have attached a photo of a small fraction of my Stevie Nicks / Fleetwood Mac vinyl from my collection, all of which are limited edition Record Store Day releases, which meant that I had to queue at the shop 24hrs before they opened to ensure that I was able to purchase what may have been the only copy allocated to that record shop to sell. You will also notice in the picture my Tina Turner & Gloria Estefan Barbie Signature Dolls. I have also attached a copy of the latest emails from you showing products on countdown or just a notification of halloween special dolls. Again I reiterate that I never received such notification of the Stevie Nicks Doll being released or an email countdown. What you have done with the marketing for this beautiful likeness of Stevie during her "Wild Heart" phase is to ignore her REAL fans and deprived them of this keepsake item that they would treasure for life and sold them to scrupulous people who are now charging outrageous prices for her on ebay. I am a collector of your Signature Dolls when they feature prominent people who I have grown up admiring and loving. I have all of your Barbie as Olivia Newton-John dolls, which are so precious to me, even more so now that she is no longer with us, but you have immortalised her forever in your Signature Doll collection. I can't tell you the disappointment in my heart at never being able to afford the beautiful Stevie Nicks Signature Doll as they are now sold out everywhere apart from ebay and she isn't even released yet.
