Somos Lali y Laura, dos chicas de Barcelona, con muchas ganas de cambiar las cosas. Nos costaba horrores encontrar jeans cómodos que nos sentaran bien y sobre todo nos hicieran sentir bien. Me encanta la marca
Soy clienta fiel de la marca, tengo varios tejanos y todos me encantan y los recomiendo al 100%. Ahora que se acerca el verano recomiendo probar sus shorts porque valen mucho la pena, tienen diferentes modelos para poder escoger y sentirte a gusto con tu elección.
Les doy las gracias por haber vuelto a sacar los llaveros matcha q llevaba pidiendo tanto tiempo (con esta pista ahora seguro que saben quien soy).
Y por último, decir que en mi última visita a la tienda, adquirí los dos modelos de sus nuevas camisetas y a cual mejor, sientan espectacular y los tejidos son una delicia.

La compra merece la pena
Compré unos cargo negro y unos skinny azul oscuro de talle alto, muy buena calidad, cómodos y super elástico.
Solo les pongo un pequeño fallo y es que los bolsillos delanteros son Bastante pequeños, ojalá los agranden en un futuro un poco más 😊. Por lo demás son un 10.

Hacía por lo menos 7 años que no me ponía pantalones, sólo vestidos, desde que engordé (uso una 46-48) no volví a estar cómoda con ninguno, y me decidí hace una semana a compraros unos vaqueros negros skinny. Me quedan como un guante, me encantan, muchas gracias.

Los pantalones han llegado muy bien y…
Los pantalones han llegado muy bien y pronto, pero hay dos cosas que no me han gustado nada: 1. me tomé medidas para elegir una talla siguiendo su guía de tallas, y realmente me quedan grandes, o sea que no hay que fiarse 100% de lo que ponen en la web. Siendo una tienda online, deberían cuidar esto para que fuese más preciso y fácil acertar con la talla. 2. Compré dos tallas porque no estaba segura de cuál me quedaría bien y quería probármelos, y te hacen pagar los gastos de envío de la devolución en caso de que quieras que te reembolsen el dinero (la otra opción es que te den crédito en la tienda). Me parece una técnica muy abusiva.

Sobre las tallas, comentar que en cada página de producto hay la guía con cm de cintura. Lo más fiable es medirse la cintura y mirar las equivalencias 🩷 También están explicadas las descripciones del producto. El grado de elasticidad, si talla más grande o pequeño, el grosor del tejido... Y siempre nos podéis escribir en caso de dudas. Contestamos a todas cada día por email, Instagram... Sentimos mucho que no hayas tenido una buena experiencia.
Relacionado con esto, el cambio de talla es gratis. El envío del pedido es gratis en España península y el primer cambio, si no va bien la talla, también. En caso de devolución, como en casi todas las marcas (sobretodo las pequeñas de mini equipo como la nuestra) se descuenta importe de envío+logístico de la devolución. Es decir, en nuestro caso se devuelve todo menos 5,90€ (en España, y fuera hay otras tarifas). Hay marcas gigantes que tienen recursos para cubrir todos estos costes, nosotras de momento no podemos.
Tenemos también toda la información de cambios y devoluciones en la página web, en el apartado "Cambios y Devoluciones" disponible siempre desde cualquier parte del mundo y se puede leer antes y/o después de comprar. Cuando se realiza la devolución, se puede escoger: cambio de talla, cambio de modelo de pantalón, reembolso a método de pago original o tarjeta regalo.

The company makes their jeans in Spain and I appreciate that. It is also a small brand which deserves to be supported as they intend to do good. Plus the selling point: skinny waist big hips is just amazing!
However the customer service, although prompt in answering emails, is unpleasant. Concerning part is: when being given feedback about how it feels from a customer point of view (I work in this field and it appears important to me to do so), the emails simply become kinda rude.
I basically ordered jeans, didn't like them so I exchanged them for another model. Problem: I received the same exact jeans I had just returned. We do the whole process again. I receive the new jeans, but I don't like them either so I simply want to return them to receive a refund.
From then: on one side, the customer service says that I will receive a monetary refund of 100 euros, and on the other side, the return platform telling me that I will receive a gift card of 80 euros.
After a very last email from the return platform confirming that I will receive a gift card of 80 euros, and an entire week without any news, I decide to contact again the customer service to figure out what's happening.
The answer states "The platform of exchanges and returns is taking care of it". No acknowledgement that the info are contradicting and confusing, no apologies for the delay, no confirmation of a possible date on which the refund would be processed. None of that.
I am not even criticizing the fact that the total cost of the transaction + returns cost me nearly 150 euros and that I will only be refunded 100 euros. That's okayish (although important to have in mind I guess). But the customer service is key and in this case it is not completely satisfactory.

Yes, we are a small brand and we produce in Spain. We’re also a very small team handling many different tasks, unlike the big companies with thousands of employees. In total, we are six people in the office, plus additional staff in our physical stores in Barcelona (1) and Madrid (1).
We feel a bit sad with this message, as we supported you from the very beginning and throughout the whole process. First, we corrected the address, which was entered incorrectly. You also processed an exchange for the same jeans in an incorrect way, which we helped fix as well. There was a WhatsApp issue at one point, but we corrected it again so you would receive the jeans you wanted.
Later on, the jeans you chose still didn’t meet your expectations.
In several emails, we already expressed that we were sorry for the inconvenience and that we were here to help you — as you can see in our emails.
We also assisted you when you tried to process the return again with an incorrect number, and explained that the updated one needed to be used. We even offered to process it manually ourselves so you wouldn’t have to worry about it.
After that, only the gift card option appeared in the system, because after making corrections and processing changes manually, the platform only allowed a gift card option. We informed you that once the item arrived at the warehouse, we would manually refund the original payment method — and that’s exactly what we did.
We also made an exception by accepting your return after the deadline since you were travelling.
Finally, we let you know that the returns and exchanges platform was already handling your refund.
From our side, we truly feel we’ve helped you with everything you asked for and that everything was resolved properly. That’s why we were a bit surprised to read that you felt we weren’t kind, as we’ve tried to support you throughout the whole process.
We’re a small team and we receive a high volume of messages every day, so we can’t always reply in very long, detailed emails in one go, but we always do our best to help and resolve everything as quickly as possible.

Rápido y eficaz
Pedí una talla M como me aconsejó su sistema de tallaje. Pero me quedaba pequeño y pedí el cambio de talla. Ha sido todo rapidísimo pero además no ha hecho falta devolver un pantalón y comprar la nueva talla sino que todo ha sido en un paso. Eso me parece genial y más justo, eficaz y rápido que hacerlo en dos pasos, como exigen otras webs, que además el dinero tarda una barbaridad en ser reembolsado.
El pantalón sienta muy bien y me parece comodísimo, aunque lo acabo de recibir y solo me lo he probado

Greatly disappointed – Ridiculous return fees
I was really looking forward to these Matcha Jeans, but unfortunately, they were a total disappointment.
• Fit: The fit is nothing like the photos or the description. The proportions feel off, and the jeans simply don’t sit right.
• Quality: Given the price point, I expected high-quality material and craftsmanship. Instead, the fabric feels cheap and definitely doesn’t justify the high cost.
• Returns: The most frustrating part is the return policy. Charging €20 for a return shipment is absolutely outrageous and completely outdated.
Conclusion: Poor product and even worse customer service policies. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Save your money!

Regarding exchanges and returns, all the information is always available on our website and can be reviewed before and/or after making a purchase. We also provide a detailed size guide with waist measurements in cm and international size equivalents, as well as full product information (composition&care) on each item’s page, including whether the fabric is lighter or heavier.
If the correct size is chosen, the fit should be perfect.
In Spain, we offer free shipping and free exchanges, but right now it is very difficult for us to cover those costs outside of Spain.
We produce our jeans in Spain, handmade one by one, using high-quality fabrics. This is not a low-cost product at all; it is carefully made and requires a lot of work and production cost. We understand it may not be to everyone’s taste, but it is crafted with attention to detail and high quality materials.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa
Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Realicé un pedido en febrero sabiendo que era en preventa y que debía esperar aproximadamente un mes, pero finalmente recibí los vaqueros en abril, con un retraso mucho mayor de lo esperado.
Además, pedí una talla S y, aunque la etiqueta indica que es correcta, en realidad corresponde más a una talla L, por lo que no se ajusta en absoluto a mi cuerpo. Tampoco el material coincide con lo que se muestra o se describe en la web.
En general, la calidad del producto y el servicio no han cumplido con mis expectativas. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con esta compra ha sido muy mala.

Sentimos mucho leer esto que nos comentas. La preventa de los Baggy tachas se alargó más de lo que esperábamos... Informamos de todo y pedimos disculpas. A veces hay cosas que salen de nuestro control como los retrasos en los talleres y fábricas, que en el caso de los tachas era una fábrica para los pantalones y un taller para las tachas. Son talleres locales que fabrican todo a mano, uno a uno, y a veces puede haber retrasos que nadie quiere y que no se pueden evitar. Sentimos mucho que hayas tenido una mala experiencia.
Siempre estamos disponibles, cada día a través del email hello@matchajeans.com para cualquier consulta o soporte. También por Instagram DM y por WhatsApp resolvemos dudas rápidas preventa.
Sobre la talla, en la página de cada producto hay guía de tallas específica. Con cm de cintura, equivalencias, etc. También se nos puede preguntar siempre antes de comprar, contestamos a todas las que lo necesitéis. Lo más fiable es medirse la cintura a la altura del ombligo y mirar la guía de tallas del producto específico. El modelo Baggy es un modelo ancho, es decir, talla más ancho y grande que otros modelos más estrechos que realzan más las curvas. También hay opción de cambiar de talla, de modelo de pantalón o de realizar una devolución. Sin problema :)

I discovered the store in the Gracia…
I discovered the store in the Gracia district in Barcelona. Both my sister and I loved the fit and comfort. She chose the cargo jeans and I chose the “cullote” wide leg jeans. I love a wide leg but find it difficult to find a fit that works for my shape. The waist band is either digging in too much, the top part is too wide, making it unflattering or they are too short. The cullote wide leg are absolutely perfect for me in every way. Found them online and my sister ended up ordering another pair already. I’ll definitely be back

I had such a great experience with Matcha Jeans that I felt I had to leave a review.
There was a small issue with my delivery because the driver couldn’t find my house, but Matcha Jeans customer service was absolutely brilliant. Every time I emailed, they replied within minutes and were incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process.
When the jeans arrived, I was even more impressed. The quality of the material is fantastic, the fit is excellent, and they feel really well-made. You can tell a lot of care goes into their products.
I’m genuinely very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great-quality jeans and outstanding customer support.
