Easy to find items I liked, they arrived fast and in good shape - I'm very pleased!

Beautiful product and quick delivery. They were out of stock at Wayfair, so I went directly to Mascot Hardware.

On March 8 I contacted the company to ask about how to return the product. I love the merchandise, but the knobs don't fit my cabinets. I received an email telling me that I would receive instructions. Yesterday, March 14, I contacted them again to say that I had not received instructions. This morning I received another email saying that my return had been started but no instruction about how to send the merchandise back. I am seriously concerned for this business as they do not seem to have processes in place to deal with basic things.

Again, beautiful product, weird customer service.

Customer service helped me with an order I was making, they were excellent. The product was super high quality, was shipped quickly. Very happy with this company and the products they offer

Love this tissue box…..craftsmanship is beautiful. Colors are as shown in pictures. Great choices. Quick delivery. My only complaint is it doesn’t fit the Costco box of kleenex….have to cut tissue box down.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL RIGHT AWAY ABOUT HANDLE PULLS THAT WE COULD NO LONGER PURCHASE...

I had to email several times before my items was shipped. At one point I was told they were shipped but after a week and no tracking number I realized that it was not shipped. It took over 2 weeks to get my items.

The first cabinet pull had a chip and I wrote the company in hopes to return. The color wasn’t as vibrant as the web site photo, also, and I didn’t open more. When I didn’t hear from the company, I opened another 2 and one more is chipped. I always order an extra just in case. I can’t have brand new chipped cabinet pulls; I’ve sent several emails to the company with no response in hope to return the items. I have no choice but to leave a poor review and go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. I’m disappointed that they had the time, although automated to send the review questionnaire, but not the time to review one of the three emails sent about the return. I sent the first email within the 7 days of getting the items, which is required for return on their web site.

Wrong color was sent, but Mascot replaced it quickly.

They are Beautiful. Look just like the picture!

Time to delivery was extremely fast. The knobs for my cupboard are beautiful. 3 out of 30 needed the mounting stud slightly adjusted. Easily adjusted by loosening and adding 2 wraps of Teflon tape.

They sent the wrong hardware. Called the number and left a message. I also emailed them. And I was on a live chat for over 2 1/2 hours. Still waiting to hear from them and resolve my issue. I asked for a prepaid postage to mail order back and send correct order or refund my bank card.

I was very disappointed because the rack in the picture I ordered from showed copper tips on the silver hooks. The rack I received did not have this copper accent. The rack I received is beautiful and seems to be made very well. I was excited about the copper tips because it matched a clock hanging near black cabinets. They would have brought everything together. I will keep the rack I received as it is a beautiful piece.

The knobs themselves are beautiful & just what was shown. The install mechanics are bad. Two remodel guys told me kitchen cabinet knobs need to have the screw go through the door into the knobs. These knobs have the screw head inside the knob. This is quite a problem. There should be info right with each knob option stating this. When one is looking at hundreds of knobs online, a customer is not going to read the caveats at the beginning or end of all the options.
