The hardware is just as pictured and high quality.

Quality of what I ordered was awful! Their return policy sucks. They don't have one its only exchange. Look elsewhere!

My product was not delivered when promised. They sent me two knobs that did not match and I ordered 4 matching knobs. I did not receive a refund and as of yet no knobs.

Got these faster than I expected, and although the coasters were a little more silver than I expected, they go great with my drinking glasses!

First installed knobs in laundry room and they looked so fabulous that the kitchen was next. Now working on the bathrooms. These knobs are beautiful

Wall hook rack was just what I was looking for. Clean lines and modern hooks. Mascot originally sent wrong color, but quickly sent replacement.

My package was not addressed correctly (no number, only street.). Luckily I went to the post office and explained that a package was there, but not deliverable. The staff was able to find it after some searching. Mascot needs to be more careful in addressing packages. The ceramic knobs look nice. I have not installed them yet. I hope that they wear well.

Second time purchasing retro like knobs for personal projects. I will always go to Mascot hardware “First!”

The knobs were beautiful, but the wrong size. Not allowing for returns is very poor customer service and I will not purchase from your company again. It's a pity, because the knobs were excellent. But, you got my money for knobs I can't use so it obviously doesn't matter to you if I buy anything else from you. I would understand asking the customer to pay for return shipping, but to not accept returns at all is a terrible policy. You said I should have read the return policy. Yes, I guess I should have. Lesson learned! I have never purchased anything from Etsy or anywhere online that I couldn't return, so I didn't expect this at all. I feel taken advantage of.

Within an hour of placing the order I realized the color would not work. I sent a note through Esty asking to cancel the order. I received a response that it was outside business hours and I would receive a response the next day. 24 hours later the product was shipped and you have a no return policy. If I had realized the error after the product had shipped, I would understand being bound to the no return policy. For my request to be completely ignored is unacceptable.

Got out my product quickly, followed up when I had problems with tracking with a fast respond time. Product exactly as described
