Replacement for sizing difficulties.
The sizing chart could be clearer, a 14D/36D bra size is not a 32” chest size. Measurement only would have been clearer.

To begin with, the company waived their 30 day returns policy as I was overseas when my tanks arrived, saying to contact them when I was ready on my return which was just wonderful. When I did return and found the size unsuitable, I had a series of helpful and positive emails with the company about replacement of items and, amazingly, they didn’t require me to send back the original ones. At all times the communication was first rate and I couldn’t be happier with their service. A very honourable company to deal with.

I emailed Mary’s Tanks advising how the advertised garments show a properly finished should strap and a proper sewn in bust support but the tank I received is simply a cut out single layer shoulder strap and the bust support is merely a slit in the material with a pushed in piece of thin covered foam. Definately not what was shown in the advertised images.

Mary’s Tanks are false advertising their products and therefore I will definately not be ordering any more.

I contacted Mary’s Tanks and they were not prepared to acknowledge the difference in the quality of the advertised garments compared to the garments they supply. They offered either another garment or a 20% refund. Not acceptable.

I don’t understand how they can get away with it.

I was shocked when they arrived. They were shoddily manufactured, and looked completely different from the advertising photos. There are no hems, and the fabric is poor quality and unfinished. The padded inserts are not secured as claimed, resulting in twisting and folding when washed. I did try, but By the third wash, there was no elasticity left and the whole garment failed to give any support at all. False advertising on several counts. I complained, and was given a 20% (if that) refund. Never again. They’re in the bin

Where do I start!
1. I thought I was buying local (Australia), ended up ordering an extra top because I couldn't get off the ordering site. Very confusing!

2. Confirmation of order took two days

3. Prolonged delivery time in excess of three weeks, which prompted numerous emails from me.

4. Email replies promising action which didn't happen.

5. When the package arrived they had sent all four items in a larger size than ordered.

6. The quality is sub standard. The cup sizing is inadequate for the actual size of the garment and the material used is flimsy. The design is not as promised in the advertisement.

7. The exact same item can be purchased from a well known Chinese site for $11. Not $30-40 each depending on how many you buy.

8. Most important. They don't a refund policy. They offered me free replacement plus I pay $5.00 per item shipping. Or. A goodwill gesture of 20% refund. They do not have a physical address to return items to.
The product is cheap and nasty and overpriced so I do not want any more of them.
A couple of emails in, no closer to getting a full refund so I have initiated a card dispute with my banking institution. Let's see how that goes.

Finally arrived after 3 weeks. Glad I ordered XXXXL. I'm usually size 16! I was taken in by the marketing, making it look like these were made by mature Caucasian women selling at local markets. The garment is OK, being made from only nylon & elastine, it will probably be hot and sweaty in summer. The slow delivery time had me searching for honest reviews and Trustpilot was great. Will continue to use Trustpilot before buying from Meta adds in future.

Bra comfort shaper tank has soft fabric that remains comfortable after several hours, but shaping effect is fairly mild.

Absolute garbage. Wrong size item was sent probably on purpose, made with slave labor probably as the quality is garbage. No size item on garment as definately wrong size. Thread bare in places. No use trying to change garment as it takes so long, Once again a rip off company. Not recommended what so ever.

Support tank with sewn-in padding feels soft and comfortable for mature women, though support level feels somewhat light.

My order took a couple of weeks to arrive. I didn't know it was coming from China before I ordered. If I had known I would not have placed an order. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric was very flimsy and thin, and when I tried it on it was not supportive at all but flattened my bust. I emailed to request a refund a week ago, and to date have not been contacted. Would not recommend at all.

The tanks arrived but are too small. Sizing is very wrong and the garments are no reflection of what is advertised. I have been emailing for weeks and after an initial response am now been ignored completely. Waste of money and time. Now how do I get the purchase refunded, and more to the point the vendor investigated. Their web site is fake with no links to any of the sites policy/returns working. Ive emailed every week at least twice with no feedback now.
I went to my bank to dispute but need to provide information I cant access to proceed. Effectively just through $79.99 down the toilet and according to reviews I have read I am one of many facing the same issue. How do we get this reported as fraud or scamming ????

I went to my bank and they have investigated and I am getting a full refund. I also registered with Company in NSW called AJust and they are chasing another Seller Called Melbournes Finest For a item that was not the item purchased but a copy of one with all the same hallmarks of The Marys Tanks site/sales.

So there are ways to get a refund and report them fraudulent

Extremely disappointed is an understatement. Extremely poor quality a nothing like advertised. Tried to get a refund and all they offered was 20%. When I insisted I post the items back for a full refund the address didn’t exist. Followed up and they insisted on the 20% refund. It’s essentially a scam. I can’t believe I didn’t read these reviews first. Don’t buy. Shapermint is the absolute best.

Bra tank top gives moderate support for casual wear while staying lightweight, but may not feel supportive enough for extended outings.

What a scam! Not only did it take weeks to come ( from China!) but they sent wrong size. The fabric and make was cheap rubbish. Haven’t heard anything since in-spite of multiple emails.

Ordered three tops, not overly cheap but one was free. Delivery was slow. The tanks are far too small, they are finished very poorly and will inevitably fray and fall apart. Very disappointed. Will seek refund, but based on others' experiences I'm not hopeful. Website will not load.

I ordered 3 medium tanks. I am normally size 8/10. They were far to small. Had to pay another $15 postage to have replacements (size XL!) or else lose full cost. No refund as advertised. Quality is pathetic - all raw edges unlike the pictures which give the impression of fully seamed edges which look as tho' they can be worn as an outer garment. No chance! First wash the padding fell out of the top. Material rides up around middle. Absolute garbage. My advice , don't buy!!

Comfort shaper tank has a flattering fit and straps stay in place most of the day, though adjustment may occasionally be needed.

They lead people to believe that they are Australia based ....they're not ..my order took 5 weeks and when it arrived it was the wrong size. ..no one answered my email about returns ...so I'm $50 out of pocket and extremely pissed off ...they're nothing but scammers
