***Update 7th July, please read company response below on dresses and return costs. My order was for two discounted dresses at a cost of £120, Thankgod I did not order at full price!!***
Reasons for avoiding at all costs!
- They ship poor quality clothing from china.
- Return costs paid by the buyer to China, check the small print on their website.
- Dress quality is absolutely awful, different colours, terrible fit (sizing completely out), no tags or labels, poor stitching
- Dresses delivered in plastic bags like Shein with dresses completely creased due to material so unwearable
- One dress had pen mark on it.
- Customer services is terrible, just a vast amount of emails trying to offer you 10% refunds, replacements etc.
I am now returning to china and hoping to get a refund but not convinced given my conversations with customer services.
Posting to warn consumers as the website indicates it’s a small boutique in London closing down. Google them and you will see the feedback.

Thank you for your response, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this situation together. I completely understand your frustration regarding the quality of the dresses and the return process.
Before you proceed with returning the items, I want to provide you with some important information that may help you make an informed decision:
Return Costs: If you choose to return the items to our warehouse in China, please be aware that the return shipping costs can range between €25 and €35. We’ve had experiences in the past where parcels have been lost during the return process, and unfortunately, we would not be able to issue a refund for items that do not reach us.
Import Charges: Additionally, there is a possibility of incurring import charges on returns, which could be approximately 35% of the total order value. Any such charges would be your responsibility.
Risk and Responsibility: According to our return policy, the responsibility and risk for returning the item lies with the customer. This means that if the parcel is lost or damaged during the return process, we would not be able to issue a refund.
We understand that managing returns can be cumbersome, and we strive to make this process as smooth as possible for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 20% refund on your purchase. This way, you can keep the items while still receiving a partial refund, which we hope will help alleviate some of your concerns.
However, if you still prefer to return the products, please use the address provided in the return form we shared earlier.

Correspondence and quality of product just poor, very bad design nothing like on the picture. Polyester material, feels horrible. Made up face of the brand with AI. And quality really bad from China. The brand nothing to do with Mary in London. Misleading and misadvertising ...scam
