Nearly perfect experience
The only reason why I can't give a 5-star review is because the stock information on the site wasn't accurate. Other than that, it was perfect.
Besides the best price that I could find within the EU, shipping was really fast once they got the item from the supplier, and communication was better than anything that I had experienced before. Relatively fast replies over whatsapp gave the feeling of a conversation between friends, rather than the usual formal communication between client and seller.
I will definitely be looking at Martcom whenever I need something else. But I will also be asking for stock confirmation if I ever need something fast.

Absolutely perfect. Very good communication. Clear explanation what to do (with payment) and what to expect (with delivery). Better prices then in my country (Slovakia). Shipping time was: 2 days after payment was received and 3 days for second shipment. (For free shipping it was faster than expected). I bought a few things from Obsbot (camera and 2x usb to HDMI interface) and Atem Mini Extreme. So far everything is working really well (as expected).

Voordelig en keurig geleverd
Binnen enkele weken na elkaar heb ik hier twee keer een obsbot camera gekocht. Ruim een kwart goedkoper dan op andere sites. Steeds een week na betaling werd het pakketje vanuit Italië keurig afgeleverd. Het enige minpuntje is dat ik in allebei de gevallen geen track & trace-code had gekregen, dus het aflevermoment was een verrassing.

In addition, the couriers do not always send/update the tracking codes, so sometimes we are also left waiting.
