Très belle expérience avec le service client ! Suite à une commande, je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation.
Cela m'a inquiété et le service client super réactif m'a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires en moins de 10heures. Déjà que les produits sont de qualité + un service client au top. Ils ne font que confirmé leurs professionnalisme.

Ich bin wirklich sehr überzeugt von Mars Hydro. Meiner persönlichen Meinung nach ist es die beste Grow-Marke auf dem Markt, besonders im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den Preis erhält man eine hervorragende Qualität, die meiner Erfahrung nach kaum zu übertreffen ist.

Ich habe bereits fünf Produkte von Mars Hydro gekauft und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Es wird definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung gewesen sein.

Je suis très satisfait de mon achat, le produit est de qualité, mais le carton d'emballage un peu juste pour les choques.

I initially had a very frustrating experience with MarsHydro regarding their Auto Humidity System.

The unit I received had a serious issue where the auto-refill mechanism failed, causing water leakage on multiple occasions. This made the product unsafe to use as intended. The initial handling of the case was also disappointing, as the responsibility was not clearly acknowledged and the proposed solutions were not reasonable.

However, after continued communication and escalation, MarsHydro eventually acknowledged the issue and worked towards a fair resolution. We agreed on replacing the unit with a different model that eliminates the problem.

While the process took longer than expected and required persistence from my side, I do appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved.

Overall, a mixed experience — frustrating at first, but handled properly in the end.

Ich habe mir einen 5L Luftbefeuchter bei MarsHydro gekauft, und das war ein riesiger Fehler. Bereits nach wenigen Wochen war das Gerät defekt. Immerhin bekam ich nach Reklamation zunächst Ersatz, so wie es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist.

Doch damit fing der eigentliche Ärger erst an:

Das Ersatzgerät ging kurze Zeit später mit exakt dem gleichen Defekt kaputt. Offensichtlich handelt es sich hier nicht um einen Einzelfall, sondern um minderwertige Qualität.

Nach erneuter Reklamation wurde ich erstmal mit typischem Support-Theater hingehalten:
Fotos schicken, eBay-Transaktionsnummer, Bestellnummer, alles mehrfach nachreichen. Ich habe sofort alles geliefert, trotzdem wurde der Prozess künstlich in die Länge gezogen. Dann hieß es plötzlich, ein Techniker müsse sich das anschauen.

Und dann der Hammer:
Die Reklamation wurde einfach abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass sie nur 1 Jahr Garantie auf Luftbefeuchter geben.

Was hier komplett ignoriert wird:
Nach deutschem Gewährleistungsrecht beginnt bei einer Ersatzlieferung die Frist erneut. Das scheint MarsHydro entweder nicht zu wissen, oder es wird bewusst ignoriert.

Der Kundenservice ist schlichtweg unterirdisch:
• extrem langsame Antworten
• keine Kulanz
• keinerlei Verständnis für geltendes Recht
• man wird einfach abgewimmelt

Ich bin seit über 15 Jahren im Grow-Bereich unterwegs und kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen:
Das ist der schlechteste Händler, den ich je erlebt habe.

Ich werde meine Erfahrungen auch auf YouTube, Instagram und Facebook teilen, um andere vor diesem Laden zu warnen.

Wer sich Ärger sparen will, sollte lieber direkt bei vernünftigen Anbietern kaufen wie
Vivosun oder AC Infinity, dort funktioniert der Support wenigstens professionell und kundenorientiert.

Ich habe von den Gesprächen und allem Bilder gemacht und werde es an meine Rechtschutzversicherung melden.

Fazit: Finger weg von MarsHydro. Schlechte Qualität trifft auf noch schlechteren Kundenservice.

Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience.

L’envoi après la commande a été rapide et soigné. Le service client est vraiment présent pour le moindre conseil, notamment pour l’installation du matériel, ce qui est très appréciable.

J’ai rencontré un petit problème sur un équipement, mais ils ont été très réactifs et efficaces : le matériel a été remplacé rapidement, sans complication.

On sent qu’ils sont sérieux et impliqués, aussi bien au moment de l’achat qu’au niveau du service après-vente.

Je recommande vivement ce site, vous pouvez commander les yeux fermés !

Got my whole setup these last few weeks, from draining, watering system to light , fans and controler. Its works likes a charm. I had one broken part, that was replaced with out any discussion. The after sales and help on any issues you run in to is handled within hours. Never met a company that has more knowledgeable people and realy trouble shoot the issues you encounter. Die ganze Anlage von marshdro ist bis jetz das beste was ich je hatte und die Pflanzen haben die besten Bedingungen bin mega stolz und zufrieden damit hatte noch nie so gute Colas wie mit der fc serie evo4800w nur zum empfehlen das echt mega für Anfänger und Profis richtig spannend immer wider

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten von Mars hydro. Nicht alles funktioniert reibungslos aber es macht mein Grow Erlebnis schon um einiges angenehmer.

Mars Hydro owes me 123€ for shipping. They explicitly offered me a replacement light and a hat on the condition that I delete my review. I received the light with no warranty, (which is illegal in the EU), and they didn't even send the hat they promised as a bribe. They are using fake gifts to manipulate their Trustpilot score and hide their refusal to pay debts. I have reported this bribery and manipulation to Trustpilot Integrity. Do not trust their rating.

Update 06.03.2026;

I am updating my review against Mars Hydro for review extortion. They tried making an offer again; 1000 points, an 8% discount, and a gift specifically to delete my 1 star review (the hat). They claim they already sent the gift (sometime around september 2025) but provided zero tracking or proof of shipment, which is a lie. They are also dangling my product warranty as leverage for the deletion. I have told them I am not deleting the review.
I have notified ECC Romania (European Consumer Centre)
