Produktinformation
Delicious and attractive in growth
Fully hardy
Great potato alternative
Monarch is an improved variety of celeriac which gives you large, smooth-skinned roots with delicious white flesh. Enjoy the celery-like leaves too – with a satisfying bite and unique flavour! In growth celeriac plants add visual impact to your vegetable plot with their intriguing leaves.
This easy-to-grow hardy vegetable makes a suitable alternative to potatoes in the kitchen. Sample celeriac cooked and pureed, or simply grate straight into salads raw.
Try planting with a faster-growing crop (a catch- crop) like leafy salads. This means you can enjoy other vegetables while your celeriacs grow on.
