I ordered size 6 my usually size, normally plenty big enough for me, when they arrived they were squashed up not in a box, and was very tight fit, I e-mailed and ask how to return them, they replied with an offer to send me another pair if I paid just the shipping, and they would send me a code, I accepted there offer but I have not been able to get any reply since then, I am being ignored, I have a pair of trainers that don’t fit and can’t get a reply or any help at all !!!!!

The quality of the shoes is very poor and I'm so disappointed!! I've asked them 4 times how I go about returning the shoes but am still waiting (it's been over 2 weeks now)!!

Please don’t use this company, I bought a pair of shoes that were advertised as orthopaedic, when they came the material was really cheap the t-bar on the front sticks up, it is supposed to lie flat and the zip is angled so it bites into the back of your ankle with every step, I got a returns address but they won’t give your money back until you return the items, but you have to send them to china, and the cost is half the cost of the shoes, and still no guarantee to get your money back, poor service, poor product and poor company

I cancelled within 10 minute's of ordering, having seen the reviews. Still no refund, yet they have acknowledged it

This company doesn’t rate any star. I only wish I’d read the reviews before I stupidly made a purchase.
The shoes are terrible quality and nothing at all like the pictures. Totally unwearable, cheap, glued plastic.
On complaining several times to the company who just fobbed me off eventually said send them back to China. I’m not going to waste any more money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, SHOES ARE PLASTIC RUBBISH AND BADLY SIZED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF LUCKY TO GET REPLY THEY START TO IGNORE TEXTS AND EMAIL SO 30 DAYS EXPIRE. STAY WELL CLEAR IT IS A SCAM. ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE UNABLE TO GIVE MINUS

Still awaiting weeks 2month later for a refund label iv emailed constantly absolute no response...what do I do now any help would be appreciated ...

I don’t think it rates any star.
The shoes are very poorly constructed, the stitching is so inadequate the shoe tongue is held on by only two stitches.
The shoe size is about three sizes too small so impossible to use.

DONT BOTHER - not as advertised!

These shoes are nothing as stated in advert, they are cheap material that aren’t orthopaedic or made by craftsmen. I ordered two pairs both in same size but one pair is a lot smaller than the other so I’m unable to wear.
The site also leads you to believe they are UK based but they are actually in China.

Do not touch ..very poor quality. Took over 2 weeks to get address to return in China. I would need to pay £20 for the privilege but not convinced would get postage and shoe refunded. Absolute rip off

Poor quality - customer service appalling , I ordered 3 pts by mistake , cancelled 2 pairs but they still took the money now owing me £89 and ignoring the email

I have given one star for these sandals only because i had too, to be able to write a review, otherwise i wouldn’t of given any! These sandals are awful!! They don’t fit properly and look cheap! They are nothing like the pictures on line. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering! But i have learnt my lesson!! There is no returns address either, i have emailed them, i will see if i get a response. But certainly won’t order again from this company. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with such poor quality items😡

Everything about the company’s website seems to be a misrepresentation or fake. The Trustpilot review shown on the Marley website gives a rating of 4.75/5 based on 2,365 reviews (although you can’t actually click on the reviews) - which is clearly fake (given that the real Trustpilot site gives most reviews at 1/5). I ordered “orthopaedic leather sandals” which are supposedly made by “Italian craftsmen”. When they eventually arrived (from China) they are not leather (cheap plastic) and certainly not orthopaedic (poorly fitting and poorly glued together). I should have been suspicious of the “50%” off and “free shipping within the UK”, but even at £30 these sandals are a complete rip-off. Reading other (genuine) reviews now I realise it’s a waste of time trying to return them. Lesson learned.

I would give this no stars if it was an option. Do NOT buy these under any circumstances, they are poorly made, uncomfortable and when you try to get a refund they don't respond. I will go to my bank as others have suggested. THIS IS SCAM AS ARE THE FEEDBACK COMMNETS ON FACEBOOK

The so called 'orthopaedic leather sandals' are very poor quality - they are not of the standard and description advertised. They are entirely made of cheap plastic - the upper are not leather and they are not made by craftsmen as claimed on your totally misleading website. You should also make it clear on the website that your products are made in China .

Only have one star cos they actually arrived. Biggest load of tacky rubbish I ever received.bought sandals and trainers both pairs very poor .

WARNING!. Do not think about ordering anything from this company. It's a SCAM. Their adverts are a gross misrepresentation of the product which is made and sent from China, and is where you have to send returns. I would like to know how to go about reporting them and stopping their activity on social media sites. I had to give a star to open this review. NO stars.

I was so disappointed when I received my trainers. They are very badly made and the finishing was of very poor quality. I did complain to say that I was very upset to receive them and was told to send pictures which I did and was told that I could return the item back and get a refund. But it was not to a UK distributor. By the time I would have paid the postage it would not have been worth me returning them back. I was so looking to wearing the trainers as they looked nice in the picture. Now they are just lying in the cupboard. I don't think I will buy any shoes from them again.

I really wish I’d looked at these reviews before purchasing shoes from this company. Shoes arrived the wrong size and such poor quality I was shocked. Emailed the company and had a poorly written standard email back. Fast forward 3 months and the situation isn’t resolved. They’re not interested. This company should be shut down and definitely taken off Facebook.

I didnt realise shipment was from china..although shipment/delivery went smoothly, the shoes/sandals were very poor quality for the price and i just cant be bothered with hassle of sending them back..i very much doubt i will ever wear them! Waste of money.
