Highly recommended learned about the course from setting out fitting and covered all aspects of the job in a professional manner.
The service with tea/coffee and dinner in with the price of the course.

After ordering 2 samples I was really impressed by the fact they are whole tiles. Very well packaged and speedy delivery by fedex.
Now happy to place an order for the new roof.

Ordered sample tikes and arrived within a day. Only bad point is web site or documentation doesn't state 12.5 Deg Mendip tile is only available in 3 out of the 6 colours. Unfortunately not available in the colour we wanted (anthracite) so gave to go with second choice. Other than that great service.

The roof tile samples were delivered quickly and well packaged.

I needed a traditional style roof tile for a roof with a 17 degree pitch. Information from the Marley website indicated that I should consider using the Lincoln pantile. I ordered a sample and it arrived in two days.

Really fast delivery.
Better packing than many computer products.
As a DIY builder the sample tile lets understand cut lines and plan my porch roof to buy the correct number of tiles.
You made Marley my only choice.
Very happy.

Asked for 2 sample sent in 2 days

Very informative, impressive product, would definitely consider installing. Hopefully bigger wattage panels to follow

Looked at a couple of tile options online last week then spoke with a very helpful lady who arranged delivery of samples which arrived in a timely manner, great thank you.

You provided the sample products promptly and within the timescale indicated at the time of the request. Delivery was slightly earlier than planned, so even better.

excellent course kev the instructor very good

The Ashworth tiles were installed four years ago and many of them are now losing their slate colour, revealing their grey concrete base. Their area manager came out to inspect the roof, but he was ill prepared and useless. They have now refused to do anything, claiming it is weathering. If that were true then it would be uniform across the roof not just individual tiles in random locations. They are clearly substandard tiles. I’m very disappointed with this longstanding company, I expected a much better response from them but I’ve been fobbed off. If they had offered me a dozen replacement tiles that would have been acceptable, but they just don’t the care about the end customer..or it seems, their reputation. Their 15 year guarantee is clearly worthless.

Free samples were sent immediately and were perfect. Will now be ordering from you.

Appalling customer service!
Very unprofessional supplier, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Tiles have efflorescence and no attempt to replace the tiles was offered.
over 10k spent on tiles and zero customer service! Avoid at all costs

Received very quickly and the quality of the look and feel is very good.
