Working with Markup Designs on the development of L1STED! has been an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Ashish, Nigel, and the entire team have consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical expertise. Listen. Don't use this company. Although they will show some promise. Trust me l, when problems arise. They will be hard to contact and it will be very difficult to get things fixed. They did an app for me. But didn’t give me all the access I needed. They had me handcuffed. Also you never feel like a priority. If you live anywhere but right next to their office I say don’t waste your time. Save your money.

total scam. My true experience. A few days ago I get an email from someone named "P***" claiming to be a graphic designer with over 8 years of experience and list his creative services and asks me if I am interested. Their email is an Outlook.com domain email. Then never mention their company name or address or anything. So for the heck of it, I reply only with the word"yes".

I also forwarded this person's full email to Outlooks abuse department just to check the authenticity of it. Today, I get a report from Outlooks abuse case management department stating: "Thank you for letting us know about the questionable email you received. We found it violated the Microsoft Services Agreement  and taken appropriate action based on the reported violation."

So that outlook report tells me this person is a fraud.

A short time after I get the outlook fraud email notice on this "P***" person, I get an email from someone named "De**** Ku*** from Markup Designs stating this "Thank you for responding to my colleague P***. My name is De**** Ku*** Business Consultant at Markup Designs and I will be taking this discussion forward."

This is the same tactic, scheme, and scam used by many companies in India especially. They send mass emails from fake accounts to hook someone, then another person responds, claiming the first is their colleague, and so on. The original sender vanishes entirely—because they were never real. The new responder conveniently mentions their company details, here Markup Designs. And the fact that "Pu**, this 8 year experienced design person, gave my contact information to this other person without asking my permission is total fraud against all privacy laws out there.

They might be somewhat legit, but their tactics are 100% fraudulent and scammy.

Mark up designs has great customer service and they kept checking in with us through every step of the website designing. They also did a tutorial to help us know how to navigate the site!

Hired MarkupDesigns as Graphic Designers. They took our money upfront and never delivered. It appears that this company is now out of business. All five email addresses including sales and program managers have been shut down, all on this same day.

It appears that on the days in question MarkupDesigns email was down and the various recipients at MarkupDesigns were not able to receive emails from three senders, all whom were sending from different domains.

The email problem at MarkupDesigns has been resolved and we are now in communication again. However, it was easy to jump to the conclusion that there was a larger problem with the company as we had stopped receiving responses for both email inquires as well as Skype messages for over a week.

The issue that is predominant with the expected deliverable of multiple graphic images is failure to deliver. We have been waiting since the first of January for images to accompany various "blog" postings on our website. Despite multiple assurances through the subsequent days, and now months, that we will have something delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours, we have yet to receive any viable output.

I appreciate that the Project Manager originally assigned to our company has left the employ of MarkupDesigns and the Sr. Project Manager had to absorb her work, including us. But although we understand such circumstances, we cannot continue to accept the delivery delays and unless something improves shortly, we will need to find an alternative source to produce the requested graphic images.

As an actual SEO Marketer and Web developer, these guys are a joke. Heck they even link you right to this page from their homepage where there's nothing but people talking down on them.

A few red flags you can all look out for in the future:
1. spam - if somebody sends you an unsolicited contact, they are a spammer. we hate spammers and we don't want to give them our money so they can make a mockery of our business online

2. Misleading flashy buzzwords - the amount of trying to trick people who don't understand these words in the communication makes me sick. The wording is cumbersome, awkward, and doesn't read like a thing a human would say. Keep in mind that if you hire this company, this is how all of your content will sound:
-"Google Search Engine Campaign for your business website"
-"We provide the best SEO campaign to increase revenue"
-"get the top ranking of your business on several search engines"
-"We propose to place the site in the top 10 results in Google, Yahoo, and Bing search engines within the given timeframe, especially in your target regions, when any of the potential users search for your services online on Google." ????
^ that last one is very special, because they "propose" it, they don't promise it, which would be ridiculous because nobody can promise that other than google paid ads. Spoiler alert, they can't do this and they won't do this. they'll be running away with your money while you're looking for these promised rankings

3. Logical errors, cart before the horse: the easiest red flag to find but the hardest one to notice are these logical errors where the spammer promises a result or performance when they have no idea what you do, where you do it, or what your keywords are. Therefore, how can you promise a metric when you know absolutely nothing about the campaign? Also just generally consider things worded this way to be attempting to manipulate you:
"boost your website's organic traffic by up to 80%, hence your conversion rate and revenue"

Don't fall for the spammers and trash SEO services everybody, stay smart and hydrated, have a nice day!

CYBER HARASSMENT ! Creating lot of fakes outlook accounts (because they know what they are doing is illegal) to spams like crazy to cry and ask people to be their clients ! Because their ""services"" are as you can other reviews ! Only good reviews from these scammers are from their own employees. When you block them and they create more accounts to spams you, you already know with who you'll deal, scammers without any value ...

they write out some emails that they failed to access a site where no one has cooperated with them

This company markets its products using spam. This shows they have little regard for professionalism or the law, and suggests they are desperate. Reading other reviews, this seems likely to be because they disappoint existing customers and don’t get repeat business.
Please don’t encourage spam by giving them any business.

Gave this company a try, but was not able to get them to do what was requested. Quality review indicated that the person(s) doing the work was not doing it consistently. Changes made to Amazon listings varied and should have all been exactly the same changes. Never could get them to correct or even finish the project. Complete waste of money!!
