Beautiful bangle

Terrible experience very rude
Terrible experience very rude female staff member treat me like a piece of dirt the loss of customers will be felt as my auntie deals in antiques diamonds so everyone will be told very upsetting to treat sumone that's just lost there mother and also had cancer with such awfull manners id be happy to make a full complaint to the owners but mabe she is the owner avoid go to med village

Amazing staff
Absolutely fabulous lady (terrible with remembering names but she has dark hair (Julie?)) who works in the Northallerton store, she helped me build my Pandora bracelet perfectly and was so patient with me as I was taking my time to pick out the charms. Lovely chatty environment and gorgeous staff. Will be back for more charms and not feeling bad about being indecisive as I don’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. 10/10 experience 😊

My husband recently celebrated his 60th birthday and we visited Market Cross Jewellers in Middlesbrough to buy him his birthday gift, an Omega watch. Although Middlesbrough town centre is no longer vibrant the store was immaculate and you felt you were in a different world. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentlemans name who dealt with us but he was lovely and very helpful as was the lady who adjusted the watch strap to fit perfectly. All in all a fabulous experience and made my husbands birthday special. Thank you.

Amazing Service and price on a new G shock
There was a particular G shock watch that I wanted and I noticed at least Jewellers was doing it quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere but they were out of stock so I contacted Adam who could not have been more friendly if you want us to order it in and get it shipped Direct you happy to do it at the price that we’re showing at the time it wasn’t quite convenient so I said I’ll wait until you have stock levels if you just let me know.
I received an email stating they had stock and I purchased the watch as always with these things. I ordered it late on a Friday so I received it on the Tuesday. Absolutely first class the watch was packed very well at an extremely fair price and fantastic service for Adam.
I highly recommend this company and I know I can see myself buying something else from them in the not too distant future.

MCJ is my usual to go shop, whenever I am buying either new or recently discontinued Swarvoski items. Their website is super easy to use, I am quoted & pay in my local currency (so no nasty surprises with exchange rates), and items are usually posted within 24 hours from purchase. Their prices are great as well ! Whenever I have had a question in the past, my emails have always been answered promptly and with kindness - thank you James, Ryan & Adam. Fantastic service all around, I thoroughly recommend this company to purchase from.
