SO LATE -- I haven't gotten my order yet. But I paid for shipping that promised to be here by Valentine's Day. It's now Feb 17th and still hasn't arrived

Same thing as everyone else. Random charge after purchase for $39 for CouponPro. I have looked on incognito and other ways doing mock orders and not once is this scam mentioned nor did I agree to it. Now they stopped talking to me when I asked to cancel and get a refund.

Attempted to buy a valentines gift. Credit card company warned me about this company and wouldn't allow the charge to go through. Got it, thanks for the heads up.

Fast forward a month. They have attempted to charge my card four times for different amounts and been disputed with my credit card company.

This website will repeatedly bill you for nothing, without your authorization, and probably sells your credit card info on the black market.

Do not do business with them under any circumstances.

I ordered from them on Feb 9, haven’t gotten the product but another charge of 39.97 just tried to come out of my account. Thank goodness my card was locked and the charge did not go through. I immediately blocked this merchant and any future transactions that try to come out of my account.

If I could, I would give 0 stars I would! The company shipped the product, but then charged a random $39.97 charge on my card and said it was for a subscription that I never once consented to. Same experience as everyone else below.

I wrote an email before deciding to escalate. Their explanation was that the subscription was for a service called "CouponPro." I looked into their terms and any resources I could find online, and NOT A SINGLE mention of their affiliation with this subscription service. Also, they did not mention any such service upon checkout.

If you still feel inclined to do business with this company, use a virtual card, and immediately delete that card before the shipment arrives so they can not steal from you with this fraudulent practice.

I agree with all the other reviews. I knew the item was going to be overpriced. But when I got the additional charge, I immediately disputed it with the card company.

Also, although I can't prove it, I was targeted twice by scammers after the purchase, and the second time they "confirmed" the original purchase price from the website. So beware of that as well.

Lack of quality but worse is that the keep illegally charging the card after you make 1 purchase.

Fake phone number on company website. Ai response to first email then ghost. How can Shopify facilitate this obvious scam company?

Wow, and here I thought that I was the only one scammed with the $39.97 charge. Absolutely absurd how they were able to do this without authorization from any of us! They also upcharged me for expedited shipping and yet shipped it the slowest, cheapest way possible. When I emailed asking them why they do that to their customers, I only got evasive responses. I don't even care what the product looks like: if you scam people at every turn, you don't deserve to run a business. Disgusting.

Quality is lacking. Charged me $40 for a subscription that I never signed up for. No response to emails. Scammers.

SCAM. Charged my card, got a BS piece of plexiglass in the mail that looked like crap, and then they charged my card again. Now I have to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent activity on their part.

Zero stars- SCAM- do not order from this site- I ordered an item from them and they took the money out of my account and then went and charged me again in different amount. called the number on the website and its not in service. emailed them and i got a response back saying the extra money was for a subscription, a subscription i did not ask for. i lost over 100 dollars. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
