I haven’t used the service but just attended their Instagram summit. It was fantastic. They had speakers like Zach King. All of the advice was amazing.

I’ve been using Manychat a lot recently and absolutely love it! These tools have helped scale my business and make real conversions! I really appreciate what Manychat is doing!

It is not possible to export the contacts. I have been trying for 4 hours without success.

I have cancelled my 2 times now, and on the 14th of every months now for the past 2 months I get an email saying "Manychat Invoice - Thanks for your PRO subscription" charing me 15$USD.

I never leave negative reviews but MY GOD these people don't understand a no for an answer, and seeing so many similar experiences makes me angry.

I have now yet again cancelled the subscription, and I swear to god if they charge again on October 14th, I'm making a youtube video about it.

EDIT [sept 15 2025] - I issued a complaint through Support explaining the charging of account and the wish to stop and delete the account. they replied within a couple hours and issued a refund, apologized and terminated the account. Maybe it was a glitch or i dunno... if you're having the same issue try solving through support and sendd multiple requests and mark the message as CRITICAL so they give you prompt response

I would have given -1k. This company has NO CONTACT INFO. No way to reach out! Even their IG, they send me to back to their stupid "community & support" page! No one is alive but just all AI! I am gonna call my bank and take my money back and block them! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SCAMMER!!

They have been charging me for months. I had to change my credit card twice. This was a very bad experience for me.

It by far the easiest and convenient chat solution available in the market. Of course some aspects needs improvement like the ability to use arrays received from API requests in the chat, or making the documents header whatsapp templates dynamic in the automation.

Love the service. Hate their billing model. They charge per contact and count every person who DMs you, even if they aren’t DMing a keyword or interacting with ManyChat in anyway. They know this is a broken system and have yet to fix it, charging people excessive amounts in the meantime.

I have a problem with manychat right now. The free features - making them send a link if someone comments on a specific post - doesn't work. It says its a paid feature even though its not. Please fix this, thank you.
