Very polite and efficient staff. Had everything moved with in an hour and a half!

The team from Finest Man & Van was very good and professional in helping us with our recent house move.

Marco the boss was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. He also correctly advised me about time needed etc.

The mover team (Andrew and co) arrived ahead of time on moving day. Very carefully and speedily, they moved all our items as planned.

The only improvement I would recommend is about communication of delays. The drivers arrived 2 hours late because the previous moving took a long time. This is perfectly understandable. However, we would have appreciated a bit more communication in advance, i.e. when they realised they wouldn't make it in time for us they could have sent a text to set the expectations.

Overall was a good service, reasonably priced.

We decided on a small moving van at first and had to change it a few days before to a Luton van as we had too much stuff. The change was easy to do. The moving guys were available at an earlier time and they let us know in advance which was super helpful. They were very quick and did not try to overcharge so we ended up paying less than we expected since they moved swiftly. We could not figure out how to move the TV as it`s original box was rotten but they did a great job securing it between mattresses and other items. Overall it was money well spent and great service.
