My moving van from another company from London to France dropped out on the day, so I called man-with-a-van.co.uk and spoke with Andre, who sorted me out and had a van turn up at my house the next day. Great, professional service that saved us in a stressful situation.

Can't ask for more, they helped us move back from Europe to the UK and gave us a seamless experience. We packed the Van in Friday, flew in Sunday and were unpacking the van by Monday. Great communication, fair pricing and a good service.

I'm not sure if this will apply to everyone since I got a special experience, but, basically, rather than offering the "usual" service for my slightly unusual request, the person on the phone offered me help with moving from some of their family members that happened to be in my city. And they completed the job perfectly :)
