The customer service surrounding samples seemed more difficult than necessary because it required several emails between our team and the Manton team to get what we needed.

The best quality and priced cork I have found on the market. I have ordered two separate rolls of premium 3/8" thick to to cover two large walls. One nearly 16' long and I could not believe there is such a product on the market to cover in one continuous piece. The customer service is excellent and the free one day shipping could not be better.

Manton cork has a stellar service department. When i called about an issue about a previous order I had emailed the department about someone in their office promptly answered the phone and had instant recall regarding the email I had sent. The service department rep said she would be getting with her supervisor and would have a response within the same day. I received an email response the same day requesting pictures of the product. I sent pictures via email and quickly received a response thanking me for the pictures and was told I would have an answer the next morning. The next morning I received satisfactory reply to the issue. I reordered some more cork which we received at our Texas home office within 3 days placing the order and we were able to have the product installed on schedule before closing the renovation project.

The website was easy to navigate. Finding the correct thickness and size for my project was fast. The shipping times kept me on schedule.

It was a quick turn around and quality product. The price has gone up quite a bit otherwise I would have given it a 5.
