The clothing is AMAZING. The service is excellent. I love the clothing - I have completely ditched bras! The service has been amazing - delivery is quick. If there are any problems, returns are easy. Highly recommend them to anyone - already sent friends and family!

I really love the personal touches to each and every email and correspondence. The item that I Ordered wasn’t quite put together very well and so i easily sent it back for a replacement which is absolutely fine. I really love their clothing and I am slowly going to be adding to my collection.

Ladies: here's the tea on this dress.I saw a random advert on Facebook and that's always a risk right? It could be anything. But I took the risk. Here's what happened. It requires SOME getting on. You gotta get wriggling. I lost two hangnails in the process and I wouldn't wanna do it in a hurry. There were swears and some raised eyebrows. But once on - WOWZERS. I swear it took me down two dress sizes. It attracted a LOT of comments at work. I'm a 16/18 with K cup boobs and I bought a L and NO WAY am I going without a bra despite what the other reviews say. But this review is here to say that you CAN wear a bra with it. This weekend I'm gonna try riding a bike with it on because, I swear, the clever slits mean this should be perfectly possible, and comfortable. Trust me, you need this dress. Just file your nails first.

Wow! I am on my second Manners clothing item and I am blown away by the quality, the fit and the comfort of these amazing clothes. No bra, but my tits look awesome and I am 51! Also I am dieting away the menopausal weight gain, but because of the stretch in the fabric these will still fit when I am a size 12 again. I feel confident and stylish in these. Thankyou Manners.

I rarely write a review. Never make time to do it. Or always say I will and don’t. But I would be doing the world a massive disservice if I did share how AMAZING manners are.

I bought an off the shoulder midi bodycon online at the weekend and it arrived on Monday! It was an amazing way to start the week, because the dress is simply perfect! Hugs me in all the right places, don’t need to wear a bra. The quality is beaut. And the comms along the way have been on point.

Keep doing what you’re doing and if you’re thinking of making a purchase: DO IT!!!

I had some items from Manners on my wish list for so long and in August finally decided to make a purchase. I ordered a dress and two pairs of the petite joggers, one of each colour. When the items arrived I was disappointed to find the joggers were too small, even though I was well within the measurements according to the size guide for the size I’d picked, and they were also too long even though I’d chosen the petite version. The dress fit ok, although a little smaller than I expected but as it was a wrap style dress and a useful basic style I decided to keep it and just return the joggers since returns are not free so I wanted to make the purchase worthwhile. I promptly returned my order and from my tracking saw it was delivered on 4th September. I got receipt confirmation from manners on 6th September, and as of today I’m still awaiting my refund. I sent a follow up email this morning enquiring about my return as it’s now been way past the 14 day timeframe. I then got an auto reply to say I might have to wait a week to get an email response!! I think this is really unacceptable after I’ve already waited so patiently for my refund and the amount I’m waiting to be refunded is also quite a significant amount. Unfortunately after this bad experience with my return and the sizing and the fact I’m still awaiting a refund I don’t think I’d order from Manners again. It’s a shame as I love the concept and style of clothes but I’m not sure I can trust the sizing and I don’t want to be out of pocket due to refunds again.

Bought a couple of bra tops. Arrived and they are way too small. Returned them 11 days ago. Had an automated email to say they'd received them and were "processing my return" but 11 days on and I STILL haven't got my refund and they are not cheap.

It's amazing how quickly posting a negative review on Trustpilot actually gets a response. I've now been refunded but it's left a bitter taste in my mouth that I had to escalate to get a response. I will never buy anything from them again which is a shame as the concept is good but the actual quality of the items and the poor customer service make this company not worth trying.

I've been buying Manners since 2020. Everything is gorgeous, lasts well and there is brilliant customer service. Also a sustainable, ethical small business. <3 <3 <3

The dress is fine. I bought a size medium after using the sizing guide but it was too tight. I then ordered a size large. This fits ok everywhere but still tight across the bust. I’m still waiting on my refund after a month.

I bought the black Asri dress and it feels wonderful on! The heavy weight of the stretch cotton is lovely 🖤🖤

I just love manners stuff - it’s such high quality, so comfortable and so bloody flattering! I am no longer up for having to sabotage my comfort to feel sexy and stylish - and with manners I don’t have to. It’s more pricey than what I can usually afford but I take advantage of the pay in three payment plan. And when I can, I just keep coming back for more! If I could I would buy one of every item in every colour!!

I’ve ordered twice now and am very pleased with both dresses. Delivery is super speedy too.
The clothes are on the pricey side, but very well made. I will definitely purchase from Manners London again.
