Recently had full set of windows fitted by MWF in a top floor flat. Unfortunately I had a holiday booked for their nearest available date however, I felt that I could trust them with the keys to the property so they could complete the works whilst I was away.

On return,I have found the property clean and tidy, and the work carried out was very neat and professional.

They had even installed some additional panelling around the external of one window that desperately needed attention, but I was dreading do to due to access issues. It's now lovely, clean and bright, and will hopefully never need looking at again!

Upgrading our windows has been on the 'one day' list since we first moved into our home over ten years ago - and almost as long trying to find one we liked! We knew we wanted a modern window, but one that had all the fine lines and refinement of an original; one that looks like it's always been there. Needless to say, the lads at MWF nailed the brief, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. They've been great to work with every step of the way, answered all our stupid questions, and any problems ironed out without fuss. Our only regret is that we've already replaced the front door relatively recently, so don't have an excuse to work with this amazing team again!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a company to supply and fit some sash windows but after a chat in the showroom, I knew this was the right place. Evident the team had a vast amount of knowledge and answered all my questions/concerns. Ended up going with the heritage sash and they’ve been installed this week, very impressed. Finally, the installation team were superb, arrived promptly on the expected days and left very little to no mess behind.

Not the cheapest but really good quality both in terms of the product but also the installation work. Really quick but neat and tidy job done.

From enquiry stage to installation the management and operatives were knowledgeable and informative. Queries were dealt with and details clarified during the survey stage. The installation team were polite and considerate taking care during the fitting. Flooring was protected and all waste removed upon completion. We were very satisfied with the process and outcome.

MWF are a very competent, professional, highly skilled team who work to an excellent standard. Having had a couple of bad experiences with work done on my house it was an absolute please to have MWF crew fitting the windows. I have no problem recommending the company, as the whole experience from planning to execution has been expertly executed.

Great experience with Manchester window factory, when having a new front door fitted. Staff were friendly and helpful, they gave good advice before ordering the door, the process of fitting went smoothly and we are very happy with the finished product.

After being let down by my first fitted, MWF came to the rescue. They very quickly arranged to come out to the house to assess the windows I wanted replacing and took the time to explain the different options and their recommendations. After going ahead with them, the survey soon took place and the fitting dates were confirmed - all within the timeline I had requested. I also asked MWF to replace my front door which was included in the fee and fitting. I can't fault the service - extremely responsive and good quality job.

Manchester Window Factory are very professional in all aspects. As well as a high quality installation , they have a terrific team that can overcome any difficulties that arise, including a swarm of bees! Thanks again

The team at Manchester Window Factory responded quickly to my initial enquiry arranging a visit and providing a quote.
All the different options in relation to our new UVPC door were explained.
We were kept up to date with expected delivery and installation dates.
The day of the fitting the work was carried out to a high standard and all the mess was cleaned up efficiently.

This is the second time we've used Manchester Window Factory in just over a year, first for a window and this time for a new front door. Everything was great, I couldn't fault the quality of the product or the communications. The men who fitted the door were very tidy and organised and worked efficiently, leaving no mess at all. 5 stars from us and I wouldn't hesitate to use Manchester Window Factory again.
