We have been really pleased with Manchester Window Factory from the start. They were able to quote over email, survey the following week and install in under 4 weeks.

The quality of the windows is amazing and they has completely transformed how the house looks. Joe and Carl and the rest of the lads were lovely, on time and have done a great job.

Pleased to report a great experience from Manchester Window factory. We did have a hiccup with a measuring error which needed a new window ordering but it was resolved swiftly within a couple of weeks and the install was soon completed. The fitting teams are great - just make sure you have plenty of coffee and milk to keep them going, but we were impressed with their courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail and they left the house neat and tidy afterwards. No significant decoration issues to resolve despite what they have to do to get the windows in and out.
The sales team kept us up to date throughout the process and from our initial visit we felt well looked after.
Would certainly recommend Manchester Window factory to anyone wondering who to choose for their replacement windows.

Manchester Window Factory have done another high quality job for us, this time, replacing our conservatory roof and lantern window. From sales to installation they have were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They also repaired the leaking roof over the winter to ensure the leak stopped whilst we waited for better weather to have the full replacement.

The guys who completed the job were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, tidy and efficient . They worked hard during the rain to finish tidying the garden and conservatory which really made a difference.
