Manchester EPC Omdömen

Munir is a professional, very kind and honest person. He came to inspect my property for an EPC certificate and his professionalism has impressed me a lot. I will definitely introduce him to my friends and relatives for their service.

I had a visit to day from Manchester EPC
It was done very quickly. I also got the certificate the same day. Very respected and professional visit. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

from start to finish easy process , booking , visit , result . I was given a time bracket ,the assessor would contact me half an hour before turning up then he came and did the job all very professional. receive certificate the same day . So very happy with the results and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend them . Great service!

Great service - thank you

Excellent professional service. Extremely prompt and efficient.
We needed two EPCs. Both were completed within 24hrs of being requested.
Highly recommended.

Needed EPC done asap rang them day before told them i needed the next day.
They emailed me the epc at night , excellent service .
They did what they promised.
Highly recommended.

Absolutel professionals from start to finish. I dealt with a gentleman called Asim... he was true to his word on timescales, which as we know nowadays is a rareity, turnaround from initial phonecall to published report..two days!

Would absolutely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who is looking for first class service

Professional, efficient service.

Needed an EPC to sell and conclude executors role at my mums. Expected outcome was the lowest possible.
Nothing had been updated in decades. Surprised that it came out as an E. Mohamed came and explained all questions I had and was courteous and polite. The report was in my e mail by 9pm same day.( With suggestions to improve with rough costings) Thanks for great job.

Very good service fast on time explained what I needed to do to make my property more energy efficient prices where good for the work carried out would def recommend using this company

Agreed on a time to come during my partner's break time. Was given a time through text. The guy didn't arrive. My partner went back to work & on his way had a phone call from the assessor calling him a liar saying it wasn't the agreed time. Managed to get someone here to get it done & he was being rude calling my partner a liar & the time wasn't agreed, saying the house was a mess because the gas meter was in the cloak cupboard. Wholly unprofessional & I actually don't trust the certificate he's provided because of his can't be bothered attitude...avoid!!!!!

Very good services, friendly and efficent. Thank you
