Ahhhhh, thank you for that and all the other reviews. I am glad that the cement mixer and bead fitting soldered to the charm was what you wanted.
So many customers come to us saying, "I love the XXXXX charm, but can you make it fit a Pandora bracelet or a Thomas Sabo bracelet".
With the bead fittings and the lobster trigger claps, it opens up a world of different charms which are usually a little more economical price-wise too.

The item arrived quickly and is as described. I bought one a few years ago from Maldon but that one had a minor defect - I was given a good discount to compensate when I raised the issue. I wanted one in better condition now so bought another. Their silver jewellery designs are lovely, often unique, and not too expensive.

I was just looking back through our messages in 2017 and the trophy with a bend.
As mentioned then, all our charms supplied from companies around the world, are never perfect. Some will have slight casting marks while some like fencing foils or swords and the like, can have slight bends to them. Thank you for the order in 2023 and I hope we can help again in the future.

Great product, good delivery times, personal customer service on phone.
Only criticism is that website was glitchy and not easy to navigate. Had to resort to phone call in the end. But the phone service was great

The website is not the greatest, unfortunately, although we do our best with it. Some customers do get frustrated and head over to ebay or amazon to buy our silver charms. Saying that, many seem to have no issues and breeze through checkout. I will keep searching for an affordable solution, but in the meantime, if you do have any issues then please let us know and we will try to make it work.

We do try to be efficient and get orders out as quickly as possible. Usually, an order placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day although some larger orders can take a little longer.

I am sorry that they were smaller than expected. Was it both charms or just one in particular?
Many years back we wondered how we could convey the size more accurately to customers and thought the most universal form of measurement was a ruler. Initially, we used just the mm side, but with confusion from some who prefer inches, we then continued with showing photos of the 5000+ charms in inches as well as mm. Usually, there are around 3 extra photos showing, incorporating the side, length and width with reverse views.
With all of that said, it's only when you have something in front of you that you can appreciate how perfect, small or large an item is.
Over the years, some have suggested a better comparison would be a finger nail or coin. Unfortunately, we all have different sizes of fingernails and coins do not have a universal size and I doubt some of our overseas customers would be familiar with the size of a new English 5 pence piece.

I think you ordered the 15mm but we do also have the 9mm, 11mm and the 13mm lobster clips too, just in case you need different sizes. They are also available in pack sizes too.
