Solved issue with my theme
There was a small issue with showing a strike price. The plugin clashed with my theme. But the guys didn't let up until the problem was solved. 100% recommendation !

The support team is fantastic.
I ran into an issue where the buttons were no longer showing in the RMA plugin, I had no idea why and couldn't provide very much detail as to what had changed.
But that didn't stop them 48 hours after sumbitting my ticket their dev team had tracked the issue and fixed it. Can't fault a dev team like that and communication was top of the line.
Very pleased.

This plugin along with their order bump plugin is great! So good I had to get the pro version. It is not so complicated that it is hard to figure out. And the support was great, I asked for help on chat and they walked me through an issue quickly and easily and it was like 3am their time when I did it. an indispensable plugin to manage returns Refund on woocommerce! The client can directly from the frontend, decide to request a return after a time that you will have to indicate in the control panel. Not only can the customer ask questions directly about his order and can be answered on the order modification page to keep track of it! Really kudos to the developers. I will definitely buy the premium version although the free version is already very complete! Great!
