Doesn't work with product add-ons

I purchased a plugin for my website, however is does not work with the Woocommerce product add-on feature, and they are wanting to charge me to customise the plugin to make it work on my site. The plugin is useless to me in it's current state as product add-ons are key to my site and this plugin overrides the functionality of the product add-on. I requested a refund in line with their 30 day money back gaurentee, but they refused as they claim the plugin is not supported, and want to charge me $700 to fix their problem.

Sorry for your inconvenience, But We never mentioned our product compatibility with https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/, plugin which is a third-party plugin, we developed our plugin solely upon Woocommecre and the plugin is running well with that.
To make our plugin compatible with any third party plugin we need to do some customisation, developer will need to write and modify the codes and for that we offer you the quotation.
Also, we mentioned clearly on our refund policy,
"No refund request would be entertained for these conditions:
Product Compatibility with any third-party products(extension, addon, etc.) that we haven’t listed on our product page. So please make sure to check out the product pages properly because the compatibility of each product is clearly written there."
There must not be any misunderstanding in this because all the things are clearly mentioned in the written form.

Beware, no refunds. You are stuck with a product that doesn't work.

Beware before purchasing from this company - refund scam.

I imagine that if everything goes well, you'll be very pleased. But consider the possibility that you might need a refund, and it happens when technology doesn't work properly. If you ask for a refund, be prepared for a ride where your request is completely ignored by terrible costumer support. Are you sure you want to risk this? Try a different company with ethics, that's my advice to you.

Here's what happened:

I purchased the plugin PDF generator. After installing it and realizing it was not working, I contacted support. I was asked to share the admin login to my website so that he could look into it, which I did. He confirmed that the plugin was not working and asked me to reinstall it, which I did, but the problem persisted. I also deactivated all other plugins, but it still didn't work.

I was asked to share my FTP details but I was not comfortable sharing access to my hosting which has sensitive data. Since I had to do this to continue to try to bring the plugin to work, and reasonably not willing to do so, I requested a refund.

For this reason, and according to the refund policy, if the problem can not be solved, I am entitled to a refund. The support asked me to send an email to a different address asking for the refund, which I did, not implying in any way that I would not receive one.

I sent the email clarifying the situation and had, from that moment on, my request constantly ignored, where I was pressured in every email to supply my login details again.

It is unreasonable to either have to pay for something that isn’t working or to have to share sensitive information to have it working (supposedly).

The customer support bullies you into giving out the details. Either you give it to them, or you give it to them. They don't issue refunds (checkout their very aggressive refund policy and see for yourself what to expect).

Edit:
As you can see from the reply below, it's very clear who is not willing to cooperate.
As I mentioned before, your refund policy states that if you are unable to fix the problem, you issue the refund. You are unable to solve the problem. It does not matter why you are unable to fix the problem. You are unable to fix the problem because I am not giving you access to my website again, nor should I have to. I'm pretty sure your refund policy is illegal.

On top of this, you tried to access my website again after I had already asked for a refund. You did this without my permission. Luckily, I had already disabled the login details.

From the moment I ask for a refund, nor do I have to inform you that I changed the login details, nor are you allowed to continue to try to access my website without my permission. So, analyze the situation again properly.

As your colleague Pooja Yadav clearly stated in her email from April 29th:
"
Hello Susana,
Yesterday when you shared the details with our colleague at that time our technical team are not present,on morning when i came to check your issue at that time you reset the login detail,I am assuring you that please give us last chance to fix your issue and really want to help you.
If you want the refund then we will give you refund.
"
Note where it says: if you want the refund then we will give the refund.
Please honor what you say.
