Fraudulent company the personalised MOTHERS DAY picture frame I ordered looks nothing like the picture. They have forgot to add the word mother the main reasonfor a mother's day picture frame, a mother's day picture frame without the word mother makes no sense. This is a Chinese company NOT UK. I emailed to correct the error and keep being advised NO REFUND or exchange.

So ordered a gift for the Mrs from the kids for mothers day once ide read the reviews on here I was gutted and yes it has turned up late but that's my fault as I didn't realise it was based in China but it has arrive and she does like it so not all bad

Despite ordering my Mothers day gifts 3 weeks prior to Mothers day I wad sent an email the day before telling me they are out of stock.

They kindly offered me 2 options but neither wad the option of a full refund.

I had to request a refund which I have been told has been actioned but to be honest I dont believe a word they say.

Will be contacting my bank tomorrow.

I also think using a .Co.uk domain is naughty as this company is based in Hong Kong...

I wanted to use a UK company, cheats and liers

Do not use this company, avoid like the plague, they lie and attempt to negate your consumer rights with clever play on words.

Ordered a Mother’s Day present said on website delivery 13th of March, ordered like 3 weeks before mothers day and just the week before they send an email confirm of order it hadn’t even started to be made will take 4/5 days to make then 8-10 days to deliver, waiting on refund really not good service as was a Mother’s Day gift that would arrive 2/3 weeks late

Why is no UK authority investigating this company and shutting it down and as .Co.uk website.

Paid £25 for delivery and coming weeks late missing mothers day. The only reason I used this website is because the delivery date was before mothers day.

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift was told today it won’t be here on time (ordered 3weeks ago ) don’t be fooled by the uk website the company is actually in China I’ve had to cancel the order buts it’s cost me £ 5.99 cancellation fee probably best to avoid this company delivery times are shocking

Sent defected cushion with stitches coming off and they are telling me they can’t replace it nor do anything only will give me discount for purchasing something else. Don’t know how they operating but it’s a scam and do not order from them they will just send you half broken down item and tell you don’t worry we will give you discount for your next order . I even sent them photos one adviser apologised and following two just said sorry we can’t help with current item of course uiu can’t as it was broken . Ridiculous customer service

After chasing the delivery as it was late arriving I missed my sons birthday...it has finally arrived today!! Wow this cushion is so bad its hard to describe...all I can say is that I'm glad my son has a sense of humour as if I didn't laugh I would cry....if you are thinking about ordering from this company my advice is DONT as item isn't worth any of the money I paid...The pound shop would have been much better quality....its a total rip off and I've been advised I can't return it as its been personalised even though the speaker is broken it doesn't work after buying batteries for it....I now intend to write to Consumers advice as they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it!! If I could download a photo I would but trust me...its not good lol so save your money!

Really tiny for money , took 2 weeks to arrive my mistake thought company was in uk as uk website and union jack flag in company logo also I paid extra for vip service, misleading also not good quality miss stitched ,I would return but Who knows how long refund/replace would take , not happy at all as got for my special needs son to take into school for comfort ,would not buy again

Worst company I’ve used for personalized times , the photo image came stretched and the face was unrecognizable, after sending a photo to the company they believe the item is fine . Such a rip off don’t use

My photo puzzle arrived yesterday and was absolutely perfect!
After reading a few bad reviews after I bought it I was a bit concerned but there really was nothing to be worried about. They even contacted me to say my original photo might not transfer very well so I had the chance to change it. Arrived quickly too.

AVOID! What a disappointment! So badly made. I know it’s just a bit of daft but for the price I’d have expected a better quality item. You’ve been warned!

I ordered the small mini me then I read the reviews and wrote it off. I ordered it last week and it’s arrived today. I found it hilarious, i mean that’s the purpose of it all, so I’m happy with my order and just shows don’t trust everything you read

Got my Nephew a cushion spider man for his birthday with Shiping and all it was 32.00 euro. It was so disappointing it was the same size as my phone Tiny. Its so expensive and not great quality. It looked cheap and for how much it cost i was very disappointed. I will never buy from here again.

Ordered this gift for Xmas, it never came. I reached out and they said that although tracking info had been updated, sometimes this happens before it’s actually been delivered so this wasn’t evidence of delivery.
They then refused to refund me even after a lengthy debate. So I’ve lost £25. Scam artists. However, I’ve seen photos of the products online and they are honestly the cheapest looking things ever so do not waste your money.

Made an order on Dec 10th for a Christmas gift and paid express delivery fee to ensure i would get it on time. All seemed well throughout the order process until the package reached somewhere in London on Dec 22nd and it is still sat there! I have emailed this company numerous times regarding a refund in which they’ve only offered me 50% refund and asked me to wait a further 7 working days to see if the parcel turned up what is ridiculous. I emailed them back after the timescales of still not receiving my parcel nor the refund they’d promised me. They sent me the exact same email as previously and I went crazy. I then got another email back saying that I would get a full refund minus the express shipping fees and that I was to return the parcel if it arrived (what it still hasn’t). I warned them I would be disputing this via my bank if I still had further action from any form of refund and they sent me the same email from my first point of communication again! I ended up disputing it with my bank and now they’ve sent me an email to ask why I have done this and told me to ensure i’m checking my tracking. Seems like a scam website to me as this is unacceptable. I also work for a bank and have noticed since this several other people having to dispute this company as well. Do NOT use this company as you cannot be ensured that your goods will arrive or even get a refund if they don’t!
