So many bad reviews, didn’t read these before I ordered 🤦🏼‍♂️
However, the cushion I ordered and received is brilliant and arrived within 10 days (not bad for company based in uk 😆)

Ordered personalised shirt 9 Aug. Charged for VIP delivery which was supposed to be a few days. It arrived late and they tried to quibble the refund of the VIP service. Product is shipped from China. Arrived and was smaller than on the size chart, so useless to me, and material and quality is very poor. There are better products elsewhere - I bought an adult one from noble pawtrait which is far superior.

Really happy with my shirt , wasn’t sure how it would turn out because I had club badge instead of photo but shirt looks great . And it was made really quick

I was slightly skeptical about the shirt at first, but ordered one just to see the results. The quality of my photos wasn’t the best, but I was very impressed with the quality of print on the final shirt. Delivery was reasonably quick.

Fantastic shirt, just as ordered, great quality, great customer service and delivered as said would. We ordered larger expecting it to come up smaller and it didnt. So next time we ll order our usual sizes.

Good quality shirt, appeared exactly as I wanted it. Arrived in good time as-well, just before a festival. Would definitely buy from here again in the future if need be.

This company makes out it is a UK company but it is not. The company states it has 8-10 days delivery time. It does not. When I asked the company where my product was they said I needed to allow an extra 3-5 days for production. When writing this review the product still hasn’t arrived and that’s 14 days after purchase.

The product was purchased for a hen do. The hen do has already taken place and the product is now unusable but the company will not consider any refund of compensation.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I do not want anyone else to be a disappointed customer like I am and someone who is completely out of pocket.

Unless you have a month to wait for your product to be delivered, I wouldn’t bother. I bought a Lego photo puzzle, to be fair the product is good. But I bought it for Father’s Day, it was advertised as a Father’s Day gift. It wasn’t cheap & the postage was expensive. I calculated the working delivery days and thought it would be fine. It was not, it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I emailed the company along the way and was told to be patient. Misleading emails with timescales missing, emails that stated it would be posted in 2-4 working days it wasn’t posted till weeks after. I asked for a refund when I realised it wasn’t going to arrive and was told no. Please read terms & conditions carefully on this one and give yourself plenty of time! Unfortunate as my husband & little boy loved the Lego build. Clearly oversubscribed for Father’s Day intentionally and knew it would get to customers in time.

They are terrible. Paid an extortionate amount for delivery in one week and they couldn't even deliver that

Totally missold, false advertising, product is not as described - pillow not even big enough to describe as a cushion! Photos are false representation and shipping charges extortionate

Wish I searched the company before ordering... silly me.
Ordered something, 2 weeks later they say its out of stock.
10 days later still waiting for my refund.
Joke of a company.

Don't order, avoid at all cost

Awful customer service!

Sent out blurry and broken products and refused to fully refund would only offer 30% refund. Told me it cost them to make the products so they won't refund fully even though products are broken.

Tricks you into thinking it is a UK company but its not!
