We ordered some logo mats for an event and they were extremely helpful and fast with making the design and getting the mats made. Would definitely recommend and were a very competitive price.

We were trying to buy a replacement doorwell mat. Drew a blank at local carpet shops. Found Make an Entrance online, great website and ordered a sample, which arrived in 2 days. Went ahead and ordered a mat cut to size, which arrived in 2 days. Followed installation instructions and it fitted perfectly. Brilliant!

First class product delivered very quickly without any fuss. I'm very pleased with the two new doormats: easy to lay and cut to fit with a lovely uniform warm colour. Clearly a good quality coir.

Clear simple ordering process for a good quality custom fit coir door mat. Item delivered a day earlier than forecast (a good thing). 24 hours at room temperature and the mat was as flat as a flat thing and a perfect fit.

I placed an order on November 13, 2024 for Christmas garland. Today is January 6, 2025 and I just received my order. Ridiculous!!
I requested my money back several times and they refused.
The quality of the product is horrible. It looks like something you would put in a fish tank.
Not the product shown in the ad on Instagram. Buyer beware!!

What a great company! I ordered a front door coir mat and was concerned my order hadn't gone through, so I called them, and a very friendly lady checked everything, including my measurement calculations (which I had made a mistake on). The order went through, and the mat was delivered a few days later. It fits perfectly, and it is super quality. I would definitely recommend Make an Entrance! (Great name, by the way!).
