I waited over a week for my order to even be shipped. We’re not even talking about it arriving yet. After two weeks, during which I still hadn’t received any shipping confirmation, I finally contacted the seller. I then received a shipping confirmation without any comment whatsoever. No apology, no explanation, nothing. So I can only assume that my order was simply forgotten. In my opinion, these are unbelievably poor business practices and absolutely unacceptable.

Bought a playmat over 3 weeks ago, still hasn’t been dispatched and haven’t replied to any of my messages.

Communication is simple, not sure why this is so hard, which makes me fear/ believe it’s abandoned or a scam.

I placed an order for a playmat 1 Month ago and paid shortly after. According to the shop’s terms, delivery within Germany should take a maximum of 5 business days. It’s now been well over that and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation, tracking info, or even a reply to any of my messages.

This delay is unacceptable, especially for domestic shipping. Whats worse is the complete lack of communication, no updates, no apology, nothing.

As a paying customer, I expect at least basic transparency and timely delivery. A delayed delivery ist ok, but not at this level. I can NOT recommend this store!

Never arrived

I ordered a custom playmat there in November. I was told at the time that production would not take place immediately, but that I could expect to receive the mat in December.
In the meantime, I've asked several times what the current status is and I've occasionally actually received feedback via Instagram and was put off by the fact that there would be delays. An update on their instagram at the beginning of January stated that the mats would be dispatched in 2 weeks. Since then, however, I haven't received any feedback on my Instagram enquiries.

I'm afraid that I won't receive the mat I ordered either. I will keep you up to date if anything changes.

Update: I just received an Shipping-Update from DHL. I got an Pre-alter for the shipment. I will update if I get my playmat.

I ordered 3 playmats on the first of January 2025. They guaranteed me it will arrive in maximum 8 days. 'Till this day, I haven't received a single playmat and am starting to think that this is a scam. Their communication is also absolute garbage and won't reply to you, whether it's through email or Instagram.

Seriously, do not buy from them.

Edit 28/03: they replied to me through instagram saying it'll be delivered next week. I'll keep y'all up to date.

Edit 04/04: well…they finally arrived, but they still managed to mess this up. I ordered 3 playmats, received 4 and 2 of the playmats were correct. After waiting for 3 months, they still managed to mess this up. All I’m expecting now is that they send the correct one.

I ordered from this site on the 29th of november and i am still waiting on that same delivery, they didnt answer any of my emails or dms on their respective mail and instagram, at least i would like to know if the order is still in production or there is a problem with the shipping.
I still have hope in this order, i will keep you updated if it ever comes.

The order arrived today, 11-1-25 they even added a thank you gift for the long wait, they started responding to my messages 2 weeks ago, i never got a shipping code tho.
They would get 4/5 stars if their team would answer faster, and they would give tracking once the order gets shipped.
I am satisfied with the product but the wait is too much.

I ordered a custom 2player clothmat from them 5 weeks ago. I got the confirmation of order right away but then it went radio silent.

After a week of not hearing anything regarding the supposed email of shipping confirmation I tried to reach out via email. No answer. A week later I tried via their contact page on their website. No answer. I then tried both their instagram and cardmarket, yet again, no answer.

Its really discouraging considering I was really excited for the mat and from the looks of it, it looked extremely legit on the website. I hope I can either receive a refund or at least get my mat. I will update this review if anything with my order does change.

Update: It has now been over 3 months and still no sign of the mat nor any replies from them anywhere.

New update: It has now been over 5 months and I have yet to hear anything from them. I was told my custom playmat would be produced on the 4th of february and shipped 8th of february. I have not gotten the playmat nor have they confirmed shipment or been in contact with me since.

I advice anyone to not buy from these guys.

Ordered a playmat a week ago got a confirmation never got a shipping code never got s confirm of ir being send i emailed them no reaction what so ever guessing i got scammed

Ordered a playmat on this website. Delivery was expected in 2-10 working days. After receiving the order confirmation email, I didn't get any more updates about tracking code or something else from them.

I've tried sending an email to them, using the Contact form in their website, all done multiple times and still doing it, but no replies. I even tried my luck and contact them on their account on cardmarket.com (Where they are a seller) but with no result.

It's been almost a month from the order but I haven't received anything. No communications from them despite many attempts.

They seem really professional but communications is a big problem and you naturally start to think they are scamming you. I’m losing hope to receive this playmath.

Ironically, a couple of days after making this review the playmat arrived. I've update my review, however I think the lack of communication is still a major issue. A simple "Hey, we are having some trouble with your order, there will be a delay" would have been more then enough.
