I placed my order on Sept 2/26. I realize it is an international order so I expect a little more time is required for shipping. Tracking is available through the SHOP app, but shows "Waiting for Details". I emailed customer service on Oct 13/26 just to check on the status, or if there was a tracking number. No one has gotten back to me yet - Oct 26/26.
I ordered a product that was important to me and added a few more to make it worth the shipping. The order is on its was but the product I badly wanted is not in the shipment. It would have been nice to send an email with this information. The order took over 10 days to process. I’m really not happy.
I have an order and I am yet to be notified of shipping and ive tried to reach out and no response .. I still do not know the status of my order
The cost of my order was deducted from my credit card immediately. But although I got confirmation of the order, I never got confirmation of shipping and have yet to receive my order!
