I started to struggle with anxiety two years ago, to the point it was taking a serious toll on my ability to work and be social. I tried every herbal/medicinal remedy I could find in the hopes of staying off SSRIs. If you compare anxiety to static noise, while every other supplement would slightly turn down the volume, MAGU was like putting on noise cancelling headphones. Its been nothing short of life changing for me and I am so grateful I found it.

Magu is a really great product. As a long time cannabis user I appreciate that its focus on easing anxiety and helping with mood. Those are the reasons I use cannabis for.

I've experienced moderate anxiety, ruminating, and poor sleep for a few years, it runs in the family. I took an SSRI for six months and there was no effect so I discontinued it. Magu’s advertising reflects my experience with their product. SSRI’s and benzos have given me lots of bad side effects and little relief besides just feeling numb. So I tried Magu, and I am astounded by the results. My anxiety level dropped so much so fast. It doesn’t make me feel numb, just less anxious. I’m extremely grateful for this product. It is unlike anything else!

Real customer here. I started taking this (Mindhack) heading into a busy Christmas season with lots of social interactions. I didn't notice a change right away like everyone else was talking about but decided to stick with it. I upped the doses and also began to take it first thing in the morning after drinking a full glass of water. That seemed to help. I didn't eliminate my anxiety, but it seemed to nearly eliminate the ruminations I would have the days and weeks leading up to some stressful event...which might be even better since I can now begin to experiment with being more mindful about those anxiety-triggering situations. I plan to go back to regular dosing to see if I'm in the zone or not yet. I might have dropped it 1 star for the taste or cost but time will tell if those are real problems or not.

So, I have been using this product for I think,about three months. I definitely do feel a little different. Not quite so anxious about things that bother me. A bit happier and a bit more calm. The product alone I would rate four stars, however, the customer service is beyond wonderful. You can tell this company is very concerned about their clients. And for that, I give them the final star. I have a small business and know how important each and every customer is,I appreciate being taken care of, my questions answered. MAGU customer service has continuously done just that.Give it a try and see if it works for you.

This is my second review for MAGU, with updates. Sorry for the length. I had originally waited over a month to post a review because I wanted to make sure my results were not just wishful thinking. I suffer from panic disorder, which, for years, made it extremely difficult to drive. I would feel trapped inside my vehicle, pulse would start pounding, sweats... the worst was if I was at a stoplight or stuck in traffic, I would start to feel like I was blacking out from the panic. Not very safe, and it kept me stuck at home almost all the time. I'd had some success with breathwork, magnesium, GABA, other vitamins, but the struggle was still too much to bear and I regularly stayed home when my family went out and enjoyed events. I saw an ad for MAGU and I saw no reason not to try it. I had been trying everything. After a week, I started, subtly, to feel less afraid of driving. I took short rides and was happy to note a decrease in my panic symptoms. But I had had good weeks before, so I kept at it, taking MAGU everyday. After a month, the change was far more pronounced, and it was undeniable. There had been a genuine shift. My symptoms were not completely gone, but my panic in the car would peak at a much less intense point and would vaporize almost as quickly as it would come on. I never went into full blown panic attack. I could manage it, easily, and I could drive around for 30, 40, 100 minutes, or more, I could go shopping and visit family without issue.

That was nine months ago. Where am I now? I am happy to say my ability to go out and stay out has been consistently improving. I have been going to events, driving my dad to appointments an hour away, and am even planning a short vacation with my wife after the holidays, something I NEVER thought I would ever be able to face doing again. I take MAGU every other day now that I am over the hump. Do I still sometimes feel panic? I do, but the instances are fewer, father between, shorter, and FAR less intense than ever before. I know I may never be completely free of my condition, but it is so manageable now that it does not interfere with my life in any meaningful way.

To anyone put off by the taste, it's easy to swallow with juice or take with a pinch of cheese. There is very little aftertaste, if any. It smells strong, but you do get over it. Do not let that stop you from experiencing the benefits. But maybe someday, if it does not impact the effectiveness, they will release a capsule option for those with an aversion to the aroma/flavor?

I also want to absolutely stress that I am a real person, and this is my real experience. MAGU asks everyone who buys their product to please leave a review detailing their true experience, good or bad. It is important to know that all bodies are different and that MAGU may not work for everyone how it has worked for myself and others, so some reviews are likely to reflect that, or may detail issues with the taste. Nevertheless, I hope everyone with anxiety or panic disorder tries this. If you do, keep at it. I hope it helps you, too. Thanks.

I am 64, post menopausal, and found out recently that I am autistic and also have adhd. I have tried everything I can to help: ssri’s, talk therapy, EMDR, trauma coaching, psychedelic therapy, exercise daily, clean eating and yet… there was always a buzzing of anxiety flowing through me at a deep internal level. I've always liked the idea of optimizing health and wellness and on my journey l've tried a lot of different supplements. I've stumbled onto magu few months ago through a FB ad and thought to my self why not try it? After taking it for a few weeks I can honestly say it's a great addition to my other supplements and totally worth it. It keeps me focused and calm, it reduces stress and it is a game changer if you're a busy and always on the go person like me. I’ve been using Magu for a little over a month and it’s been such a game changer for me. While my anxiety isn’t completely gone, Magu has taken my intrusive thoughts down to almost non-existent. Magu has given me the ability to do things that I used to avoid. This has been one of the most reliable remedies for anxiety that I’ve taken. As someone who differs from chronic health issues and daily pain, anxiety is something I can’t just make go away. I'm a legit customer (and plan to be a long-term customer!) and I can't say enough good things about Magu as a company, and the effectiveness of their products. From everything I've seen and experienced, Magu delivers an extremely high quality product, and truly cares about the wellbeing of others and especially their customers. They are building a community and working to alleviate the anxiety and depression (and pain, etc) of others that they personally experienced, and so many of us are plagued with in these modern times. Having read others' reviews, I can see that some don't like the taste of Magu. I've tried both the Mind Hack and the White Sunrise, and I hold it on or under my tongue for as long as I can (sometimes up to 5-10 minutes while I shower in the AM, for example) before washing it down with a sip of water. In my experience, the Mind Hack has a mild flavor and is extremely effective for my anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue/pain that I'm constantly trying to keep at bay. It is my favorite and solves a lot of my health issues. For me, the White Sunrise is very nice for relaxing the body and is nice the second half of the day, but has a stronger spicier taste. I'm unfazed by it and actually I like spicy. My teen son is and has always been very picky with flavors and textures and doesn't like keeping the Mind Hack in his mouth (the way I do for maximum absorption), so he just washes it down. I encourage anyone who doesn't like the taste to experiment with different flavors to wash Magu down with. I'm also convinced that anyone who doesn't feel the effect right away, just needs to give it longer or adjust the dose. Magu's customer's service would be more than happy to assist with recommendations on that, in my experience. Don't hesitate to try Magu!!!! I'm so glad I did.
