I found the renewal process to be straight forward and easy to accomplish. This is important to me as I am a senior and find these things can be difficult.

I have been using magsconnect for many years. They are easy and economical. I get my reminder emails which links to the renewal page, and voila, it’s done.

There wasn’t anything particularly “great “ nor was there anything particularly “poor”.
You asked me and kept pestering me via email to renew my membership which has auto-renewal,which was honestly quite annoying come to think of it 🤔
So now the question comes down to just how will my magazines arrive in the midst of a postal strike.
That likely is not your concern now that you have my money.
You know what else I find annoying?
Being bothered to write a review!!!!
And NO I did not take the time to read your “guidelines for reviewers “

The articles and photos are very good quality. The information is always interesting and the only reason for not rating 5, is that it's not always relevant to us.

I order your magazine for my nephew every year. He is very into fashion and has decorated his room and shares your magazine with his multitude of friends. I ask each year if he would like me to renew his subscription and it always a yes, for sure. He is in his late 20's.

I always buy a subscription to Scotland magazine each year for the past four years. The website is super easy to use and prompts me to renew the subscription early, and it only takes about 30 seconds to renew from getting the email to getting confirmation. MagsConnect has been a much appreciated service for my family for our Christmas gifts.

I purchase this magazine for my daughter in law, and have done so for several years now. She really appreciates the articles and the relevant support the content of your magazine provides to her and her growing family.

I was reminded that my subscription was about to expire and was able to renew it immediately online.

Had totally forgotten about my brother-in-law's Christmas present. As he is very hard to buy for and does love woodworking this has been a great gift for him. To forget it this year would be a shame and I like the reminder.

I am evaluating the process of ordering the magazine as I have not received my first copy. I hope it doesn't take 12 weeks. I also hope you take into consideration that the Christmas issue will not be useful to me if it arrives after Christmas. I'm not sure of how you decide which copy to mail. Not fault if yours...now there is a postal strike. Perhaps the magazine can be delivered another way.The process for placing my order was easy to follow.
