Although Magna Financial had come recommended via a known source, I still did my background checks on them as they would be handling a large amount of my money for a property purchase abroad, and they checked out excellently in all areas.
Saeed Abbasssi was friendly, professional and extremely helpful right from the word go.
He called back exactly when he said he would, kept me informed on what the market was doing, but most importantly for me, understood my concerns about transferring large sums of money across to a third party, and gave excellent communication throughout the whole process.

If like me you get anxious when exchanging Sterling into Euro's to an account overseas. Magna will put your mind at ease. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very polite, more importantly explain every aspect of the transaction to you. My calls were answered immediately by a human being not a robotic voice, and if they have to call you back they do. I was very impressed.

I Would give Saeed 5*+ because he is absolutely a star, kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Unfortunately the service for us didn’t work out, the exchange rate was worse than the one offered by my online bank, and the funds took way too long to arrive at the recipient’s account.
