These cats charged me 15.00 for delivery for one bra. I got screen shots of what I purchased. Then they used the billing address for the delivery address. I will never purchase anything from them again. Crooks.

First and foremost, I would just like to say that it’s kind of disappointing that I was looking forward to trying your bras with this company, but honestly, now I’m just frustrated and irritated. I’ve waited a very long time to get the package, and now that I've got it, I’m having problems. I had gotten my package delivered on the seventh of this month. I opened it on the eighth , and that’s when I realized that the sizes that I had received were the wrong sizes, and I was told to get that size, going off of my shirt size, which the bras did not fit, way smaller than what I needed. Sent multiple emails, waiting to get an email back from somebody, which is now the middle of the month.Still haven’t received any response

Even worse than I expected
I didn't expect much, but these bras were even worse than I anticipated. Although I ordered the size indicated by the size chart, the cups fit like little patches over the center of my breasts, resulting in 4 boobs in front and side spillage as well. The bra doesn't have enough structure to provide any support, and the fabric and straps are very flimsy. These bras might be okay for lounging at home, or for very small-breasted women, but I would not recommend them otherwise.

My order was shipped to a different…
My order was shipped to a different house with a different house number on my street. When I looked at my account on their website, there isn't even a house number listed for some reason. They keep insisting it was delivered to the correct address when I sent in photos of my house which does not match the POD photo at all. Since I can prove this order wasn't delivered to my house, I guess I will have to go through my credit card to refute the payment for this order.

Cheap Chinese crap, poor customer service. I thought they had a satisfaction guarantee, but they don’t. The return policy is stingy. You have to pay a restocking fee. literally cheap quality that ships from China via 4P.

BEWARE!!! I had seen so many great things about these bras and was excited to try them for myself. I went on to take advantage of their $9.95 sale, I ordered 3 bras...it asked if I would like a 4th one for $4.95, I added a 4th. After finishing and submitting my order, I received messages showing that my order had been split and I was charged a double shipping charge of $14.95!!! UPDATE: I did reach out to the customer service department 3 times!! And got nowhere with them!!

Charged me extra without notice & bad sizing
Firstly after placing my order and requesting the regular shipping they took it upon themselves to "upgrade" my shipping and they charged me an extra $15 without telling me anything! I contacted them to see why they had charged me an additional fee and when they explained the shipping, they told me that they were forced to upgrade my shipping because there was no delivery in my area lol but I live in a large major US city, so that makes absolutely no sense! The upgraded shipping should have only been an additional $10 charge so when I asked them to provide me a breakdown of the charges they instead ended up refunding the additional charge because they knew they were wrong for that. It took about five weeks to receive my product that they said had been shipped priority lol. I was totally disappointed the moment I opened the packaging! I ordered an extra large per their sizing chart and received something that looked very very small like for a 13 year old! Absolute disappointment nothing more! I feel ripped off! Also, the company will not do returns or exchanges so keep that in mind! Note these are NOT made for full breasted women.

WARNING do not buy this!! They refused to give me a refund when I cancelled my order within 10 mins of placing it. They did cancel the order but no refund. I have emailed them several times and can never talk to someone. They stole just over $50.00 from me. Do not buy from this place. .... I want to respond to the message the company left me. I've tried doing all of what you said and you still don't refund my money. I have messaged the company over 20 times with no results and the people you have answering the phone calls were absolutely rude called me stupid and swore at me also they hung up many times on me. Don't but this trash!
It took weeks to receive which I don't mind. It's the TRASH I received! Nothing like i saw on the website, I ordered bras based on their ads, looked at the website and thought they would be nice.... Wrong, the material quality, sizing, it's allllll TRASH and even more frustrating that I can't return them! Don't do it, you'd be better off going to a thrift store, garage sale than this TRASH!

Incorrect Order Received and Full Refund Denied
I received three bras, but unfortunately, the quality was not satisfactory, and the items I received were not the ones I originally ordered. I was informed that a 50% refund would be issued due to stock limitations; however, since the incorrect items were sent, I do not believe this resolution is appropriate.
The error was acknowledged, yet my request for a full refund was declined. Since I did not receive the products I ordered, I believe a full refund is the fair and reasonable outcome.

I ordered 2 bras. The straps and cup size are very small so I would recommend getting a size up. I'm in the process of trying to refund/exchange mine and am being ghosted by the company. I wouldn't bother wasting your money.

I wouldn't even visit their website if you haven't already. A truly shady company with absolutely no morals. I was charged for several items I did not order and the 'customer service' was abysmal. Save yourself a headache and stay away.

Terrible fit & cheap quality
The bras are of the most flimsiest material. The sizing is completely off. Product took a very long time to arrive and when it did I was very disappointed. Very cheap quality. The padding is also ridiculously thick. Not happy with these bras at all.

I ordered 1 bra 9.99 + 4.99 shipping. There was a deal where I could add another bra for half price. I thought great! Except they charged me $15 for shipping on the second bra. No place did it state how much shipping was for the 2nd bra. It just charged my card.
