I’ve just had my bike serviced by Neil what a top man very knowledgeable and thorough
Service, electrics updated , new front brake disc fitted and readjusted the top lid as I was having to slam it not any more ……Sweet
After Neil had finished I took it for a spin WOW what a difference it was like riding a new bike
Neil is very knowledgeable about the product and very easy to talk to especially about any queries that I had

J'ai contacté Maxence pour la première fois pour un service après-vente. Le problème venait en réalité d'une mauvaise utilisation de ma part, mais il a été pris en charge avec une intervention à domicile cinq étoiles — courtois, rapide et très réactif. Toute l'équipe Maeving dédiée au marché français mérite les mêmes éloges. Rassurant de constater que, même sans réseau de concessionnaires, Maeving se comporte comme une véritable marque, attentive et présente. Un service client exceptionnel.

Maeving just always being awesome. Neil has just been over this morning, super friendly guy and really knows his stuff, I'm extremely impressed! I've had two bikes directly from Maeving and just adore everything about their products and staff. Always rooting for you!

Mon expérience a été très positive grâce à Guillaume, qui fut très professionnel, rassurant, compréhensif, honnête, ouvert, et dans le partage, j'ai passé un excellent moment a testé vos produits, encore merci et bravo a Guillaume pour sont professionnalisme, je me vois confiant dans l'achat de l'un de vos produits. Maeving feels like a company that puts customer service at the top of its list of priorities.

Everything about purchasing my new Maeving RM2 has been absolutely top class! From the test ride at the Motorcycle Service Centre in London to the delivery by the brilliant Matt (a fellow singlespeed rider) and via the super easy online ordering system. I couldn’t have asked for more. Now time to put some miles on this beauty of a machine.

Another fantastic Maeving experience! Neil visited to conduct a service and upgrade my firmware today and, just like the first time he dropped my bike off, he was an absolute star. My Maeving RM2 was delivered yesterday by Harry. It was even more beautiful than I had anticipated after waiting several months to get a new 2026 plate. Harry was super friendly, helpful and gave me the advice I needed. The weather was perfect which was an added bonus so I could get on the road later that day. I love the brand and what they have achieved. A very positive and uplifting experience overall.

The most beautiful bike and the easiest buying experience. From order to handover the team never left me wondering what stage my new bike was at. The customer service during the ordering process was excellent — helpful, responsive, and never pushy. Visiting the factory was a real highlight, and I really appreciated the Operations Manager taking the time to personally show me around. That level of openness and pride in what they do really stands out.

The bike itself is beautifully built. The quality and attention to detail are obvious the moment you see it — everything feels premium, solid, and thoughtfully designed.

To top it all off, I received a lovely birthday card and gift on delivery, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference and show how much Maeving values its customers.
