I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them.

Shipping Delays – My order was not even processed until 11 days after purchase. When I contacted them, they took two days to respond and claimed they had moved warehouses. It took a full month for the item to arrive.
False Advertising – The item was advertised as 100% pure wool, but when it arrived, the label clearly stated 100% acrylic. This was incredibly misleading, especially given the price of $85 AUD.
Poor Return Policy – When I requested a refund due to the false description, they offered two options: return it at my own expense (which would have cost over $30 in postage) or accept a measly 10% refund. Given the cost of return shipping, I decided to keep the misrepresented item.
This company is dishonest, slow, and has terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

This company is a scam. I waited months for my order, contacted them and got a snarky reply. I waited another month then sent an email asking for a refund, I immediately got an email stating that my parcel was on its way. Six (6)! Months later, tumbleweeds.
I’m contacting PayPal for a refund.
Do not use this company and shame on Instagram for allowing these scam artists to advertise with them.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to sending through my order, which I didn’t receive. Aaah but was the money for the article deducted from my account? Of course it was and very promptly after I placed my order. Very disappointing.
I was not happing giving even 1 star but there’s no option to choose Zero.

No product delivered after months. Reporting to creditcard company and government scam watch as obviously a bogus company.
Please don't order from this company.
Looked very credible and first time this has happened to me.

This is a fake business, never received delivery, they always claim that this is due to moving to a new warehouse. They know how to avoid you of getting your money back. By effectively replying to your complaint PayPal will not help as you received your response. Do not buy anything as there’s nothing to be delivered.

I ordered a product more than 4 months ago and it still hasn't turned up. I've been in communication multiple times and each time the company has a different excuse. First, they had changed warehouses and it was taking some time to get things in order. Second, I didn't include the number for my apartment (not true). Third, my product was in transit (the tracking link didn't work and it still hasn't arrived). The last few communications have not been answered. I have asked for a refund but no response. Now I'll contact the ACCC. This company should be shut down.

No stars not an option unfortunately Totally dodgy company. Ordered 3 months ago. No delivery of product Msgd several times and excuse after excuse after excuse Ordered May, now almost September no item. Why are these people still able to operate in Australia ? Do not use this company!!!!

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They not deliver - they do not respond to queries. Ordered mid May - hasn’t delivered by mid August. They will not respond to queries. Items allegedly in transit for two months. Contacting Consumer Affairs.

Ordered 6 weeks ago with no package in sight. Tracking still says in transit. Being ignored from company. Do not order with them. Have requested a refund 3 times now with no reply.

This company accepts orders and payment but does not deliver the items ordered. DO NOT order from them.

Beware!!! 2 months since order placed, no delivery, auto generated “in transit”, name mis-spelt. Clearly a scam.

Order took 18 days to process from order date. The order tracking indicates still being shipped 6 weeks from processing, despite numerous emails sent to the company. Still no idea when my order will be delivered, if in fact this does happen. Have requested refund as indicated under FAQs. Will not be ordering from this company again.

This company is dodgy. Ordered quite a large purchase over 3 week ago and still no goods have arrived. Only form of communication is via email and the emails arrive inbox at 3 or 4am which suggests they are not based in Melbourne! Also spelling errors throughout the email. I have requested a refund for all goods but not getting anywhere with that. I needed the coats etc last week for a trip away. Really not much use now. I have contacted my bank who are raising a dispute.
Its frustrating because there is no contact number and no physical address. I intend to take further action against this company.

Would also leave a 0 review if I could. Ordered a jumper and received no confirmation email. After direct contact to their website I received a message saying my order is in transit. The order wasn’t processed for 3 weeks, despite the item being listed as in stock, and has now supposedly been in transit an additional 4 weeks with no arrival date any time soon. Seems really dodgy. Asked for a refund but got no response. May well be a scam company.

What looks like an ethical clothing company based in Melbourne appears to be a company based in China. Goods ordered over 6 weeks ago have not arrived with various excuses about moving warehouse but in fact when shipping is ‘tracked’ the goods seem to be coming from China. Don’t fall for the pretty pictures.
