Needed something for the den that wasn't another boring torchiere. The Aven looked great online — that burlywood finish, the wood base. In person it's genuinely pretty. But a week in, the dimmer feels finicky and the neutral setting reads cooler than expected.

Okay so this is going to be a bit of a journey of a review but bear with me. My reading nook has been a work in progress for like three years. I kept buying the wrong lamp — too bright, too cold, too clinical, one of them made a buzzing sound that drove me absolutely insane — and I'd resigned myself to just using a floor lamp that was technically fine but kind of killed the whole vibe I was going for. The Keria caught me immediately. That shape — it's hard to describe but it looks almost like something that grew rather than something that was manufactured, if that makes sense. Very organic, almost clay-like. I went back and forth for a week because $209 felt like a stretch for one light fixture, but I kept coming back to the photos. When it arrived the packaging was genuinely nice, which I always take as a good sign. The ceramic feels substantial in your hands, not delicate in a worrying way but in a quality way. Getting it mounted took my husband about forty minutes including one trip to the hardware store for a different wall anchor, so not totally painless but not bad. The first time I turned it on in the nook I actually laughed a little because it was exactly what I'd been trying to achieve for three years. That upward glow bounces off the ceiling and creates this warm pool of light that's perfect for reading without being harsh. The matte white finish somehow looks different at different times of day. I genuinely love this thing.

I have not received my order yet. I received an email from someone at outlight with a tracking link. When I hit on it, it did not go to tracking. I am very frustrated. If I do not receive tracking info this week. I will request my order be cancelled.

Cheap cheap cheap made product. They say they make to order ship 4 to 6 weeks then arrives from China

Had the Solda before, loved it. Came back for the Keria and it fits my bedroom perfectly — warm glow, beautiful shape. Dimmer doesn't go super low but honestly a small gripe.

Their pictures do not reflect a cheap quality we paid for and received a lamp that had stains all over it and then sent them a message indicating such with all the photos they responded back with “no problem you qualify for not needing to send back the lamp for exchange.” then suing eight weeks resulted in their responses telling us that now we need to send the item back but refuse to give us return labels or even a return address. Use caution when dealing with this vendor in fact avoid them completely the quality in photos do not match what the end product that’s delivered to you look for more reputable firms. I ordered from Outlight a few weeks ago and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, checkout was smooth, and my order arrived faster than expected. I have after 13 weeks still not received my order for two Hana outdoor lights. I did not realize it was being shipped from China.

I’m still waiting over 2 months for a delivery that was supposed to come in 4-5 weeks. Customer service is no longer responding to my emails. I’m going to end up having to dispute this.

1. Packages arrived at different times, many weeks apart. I had to contact the company to see where the 2nd package was. It seemed like they forgot.
2. No instructions.
3. Fasteners are visible. It makes the product look cheap and corny.
4. The bulb's Kelvins are cold and commercial, casting a disruptive, jarring light.
5. You cannot install all 3 bulbs. Try it and let me know the secret to how you can fit all 3 bulbs into the shade.

Worst experience buying online. I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received. Customer service is also awful. They lie about everything and stole my money.

My product arrived broken and now I cannot get anyone from customs supply to respond

My order was placed on February 14th and it still hasn’t arrived almost 8 weeks later. I also cannot find any scheduled delivery date from the tracking information provided.

The lights were shipped in a timely manner. Our contractor installed them on our new house and garage. They are very attractive accent lights which look modern and sophisticated.

I bought a lamp in February and it never came

I bought a lamp from the company. After just 3 months, the lamp broke, and customer service told me they couldn't do anything for me. I will never buy from them again. The quality of their lamps is very poor, and I wouldn't recommend any of their products.
