Made Curtains Omdömen

I had a fantastic experience with this curtain fitting company, thanks to Jordan. As someone ordering curtains for the first time, I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to walk me through all the colours, textures, and fabric options. I mentioned that I’d been inspired by a room at The Berkeley, and Jordan immediately understood the aesthetic I was aiming for. The end result was flawless—the curtains are elegant, beautifully made, and have transformed the room, making it feel even bigger. He was also very responsive and arrived at my home within two hours of my initial call. Home visits are ideal because the team can recommend colours that complement the environment and suit the natural light, depending on whether the window faces sunrise or sunset.
N.B. The colour I chose was extremely popular and temporarily out of stock, so there was a short waiting period. However, the entire process—from consultation to fitting—was completed within four weeks, which I was very happy with.

We had sheer blinds installed by Made Curtains. It was a great experience. Jordan's suggestions and measurements were perfect and Annette organised the installation. Very quick and efficient with zero stress. Thank you!

Thank you to Jorden and his fantastic team. We absolutely love our new Curtains. Everything about this whole process was very efficient.
Thank you to Jordan for his understanding and problem-solving. Other companies have told us it just couldn’t be done.
We will be using you again And recommending you to anyone needing your services.

I ordered 3 sets of large curtains from Made, having moved into a new home. 2 Wave, 1 Voile.

Communication from Jordan was terrific through the specification process and he was so helpful.

The Delivery/install guys were also great. Very pleasant guys and professional. They did an excellent installation job and left the flat completely clean and tidy.

The curtains are good quality and look lovely. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one - Just a smidge too short. This was actually picked up by the installers and they contacted HQ before I even knew about any issue. Made immediately offered to replace them (and left me with the existing set whilst the replacements were being made). Turnaround was quick and the new set of curtains are just perfect.

These things occasionally happen, and I have to say that Made provided me with absolutely outstanding Customer Service across the resolution of the problem, and couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. Just Top Class. So, a definite 5 Stars from me for Product and Customer Service.

Thank-you very much to Jordan, Annette. All the Best to all the Team.

Jordan was extremely helpful when I was enquiring to get some custom curtains made.
He came to do a site visit and ran through any and all questions I had for him and was extremely reassuring and flexible with what I was looking for.
Throughout the whole process the Made Curtains team has been so helpful and friendly.
The install process was so quick and not at all disruptive!
I would highly recommend Jordan and the whole Made Curtains team to anyone who was looking to get curtains made

I recently had my curtains installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. A special shoutout to Jordan, who was absolutely fantastic—super helpful and patient while I took my time making a decision. He didn’t just rush me into a choice but instead offered great advice on what would complement my décor best, which I really appreciated. The end result looks amazing, and the quality of the installation is top-notch. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about the details and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend them!

UPDATE:

I initially left a glowing review after having our curtains installed by Made Curtains, as the experience felt professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented—particularly thanks to Jordan, who was truly helpful during the process.

However, I feel it’s important to update this review following the issues we’ve faced with the blinds that were installed at the same time. Just a week or two after installation, we noticed that one of the blinds wasn’t working properly due to an issue with the drawstring mechanism. We flagged this early on, but it took nearly three months for someone to come and address it.

When they finally did, the team wasn’t properly prepared. We were told the string would be replaced, yet they arrived without it and offered a temporary fix instead. They promised to send a new string, but weeks have passed and we’ve received no update. To make matters worse, the installer advised us to try fitting the pullers ourselves because the wait time for proper support would be too long.

While the curtains have held up well, this experience with the blinds has left us feeling let down. The quality is questionable, and the aftercare service has been extremely slow and unresponsive. It’s unfortunate, as the initial service seemed promising, but based on the blinds and the follow-up experience, I’ve revised my rating from five stars to two. I can no longer confidently recommend them.

Very positive experience with Made Curtains, from beginning to end. Jordan is excellent. We had only a rough idea of what we wanted. Jordan expertly guided us through options: fabrics, colours, tracks, fittings etc, making helpful suggestions. The result is that we now have curtains that are absolutely the right style and look.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

I had blinds in my bedroom which were not keeping the light out enough due to the window being very large and blinds not being the best option. I got in touch with Made Curtains as I heard they did electric curtains which was my preference. Alexis came round for a consultation and was so helpful with the options he gave me and understood exactly what I was looking for. The new curtains were fitted 3 weeks later and look absolutely amazing. They took my old blinds down for me and could not be more happy with the new curtains, they look exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely be using again in the future and could not recommend them enough. Thanks again

I just want to say a huge ‘Thankyou’ to the Made Curtains team! From beginning until the end excellent service! Very quick as promised and I’m overjoyed at the result!!
Thankyou Guys! Irene xx

Right from the start they were super attentive and helpful, they really know what they’re talking about. I’m really indecisive and Alexis was more than happy to come over with samples multiple times while I made my decision. My curtains looks beautiful!

Exceptionnal quality of service, very reactive, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

So happy with my blinds!

Lovely team and the best quality !

I needed some curtains + pole made very urgently with a very short lead time. Jordan from MadeCurtains had the sheers and pole made to size and ready for collection within a few days, and the sheers were perfect/ by far the best we’ve had made for projects. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great service from Annette and Alexis. Very high quality product - looks amazing. Answered all our questions and very helpful.

I can highly recommend business. The blinds they installed look magnificent in this newly renovated flat. From the initial phone inquiry to installation was very quick. Jordan, Annette and the team attended to each detail and ensured that the final product was as described. A very professional company who take great care and pride in the work.

I cannot be more pleased with the final result of the curtains that I have recently had fitted. They have lifted both rooms that they are in to a degree I had not thought possible.

David, the fitter who came to my flat, was very friendly and obviously very talented. He did a perfect job.

Thank you so much Made Curtains.

Beat our expectations - Jordan came in for a no obligation quotation and was totally honest about how much blackout we would get. We decided to go ahead and he managed to get us booked in really quickly as we were on a tight time budget with new baby on the way. Jordans team was quick and efficient with installation and he checked back to make sure we were happy ! We got even more of a blackout than he said we would and we are very happy with the finish. Highly reccomend!!

Contacted Made after a recommendation by my cousin. Alexis was super helpful in finding a voile for a wave curtain and matching Roman blind for our kitchen diner. We also selected a Roman blind for an upstairs bedroom.

The order was taken and delivered as promised. The fitter that attended, Nafeez - as stated in another review - was friendly, professional and really tidy.

That’s the nuts and bolts of the review. And frankly what you’d expect from any curtain company. However, the end product is so much better than the sum of its parts. The blinds and wave curtain fit perfectly - to the millimetre! The end result literally makes our house look like a show home!

Thank you Alexis and team, amazing job.

Great service and amazing quality. I would recommend 100%.
They were early with production and the installers were great and tidy.

First of all, our new flat looks incredible with the new curtains and it feels like they will last a long time compared to the previous curtains.

Having Alex come to the flat with samples really helped with choosing colors and other options. The man has the patience of a saint.

Last but not least there was a minor issue, but Made Curtains owned up their mistake and did everything they could to keep us happy and satisfied. You don't really know how good a company is until you approach them with a problem and see what they do.

Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone that needs blinds or curtains.
