Made Curtains Omdömen

Alexis and his team have been great in the process - from understanding all our requirements, working within our budget and installing our curtains around off our opening hours. will recommend them to my network, brilliant team and very easy to communicate with.

Measure and install service
I used Made to measure up for my blinds and then install them. The team were helpful, reassuring and efficient. It was a little tricky finding a date to install but once here it went like clockwork.

I ordered my double pinch bay window curtains and a metropole with Alex at Made Curtains. The service was excellent. They look amazing and from order to completion took just under 3 weeks.Alex and his team are very professional, efficient and courteous nothing was too much trouble.I couldn’t be happier with such excellent quality curtains and the fitting team.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Came to them due to the good reviews but sadly that's not my experience at all. After over one month of delay, over 8 failed visits what should have been 3 (thereof 2 no-shows without telling you til later in the day, 2 re-measures, 2 failed installations), they continue to let us down.

From the moment we paid the upfront free, communication became non-existent, later on mixed contradicting information from different team members. A lot of over-promising and under-delivering.

Extremely disorganized and lots of quality issues. For example their "blackout blinds" are not sewed at the bottom and the hole is letting a lot of light through. Now they are asking for extra money to simply "sew the bottom together" as "it is not standard". Our quote was over £10k which apparently does not include "bottom sewing". The sides are leaving huge gaps of light through as well which "is standard" for them.

My mind is blown how difficult this entire process was and still is. Obviously they won't refund our money back. Really wish I had saved myself from this grief.

UPDATE: the 9th installation failed again, they now advice that it will take another month for the next appointment. 1 out of 3 rooms has curtains, after over a month of delay, 9 visits, and a huge sum paid in advance. AVOID!!

Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Installation was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience with MadeCurtains was absolutely seamless!
Communication, quality of the final job, accuracy and even pricing.
They are worth much more than what they are asking, which is so rare and therefore even more valuable.
Highly recommend!

From start to end Made interiors have been great. They were really helpful with choosing a style and product to suit the room, and there was lots of communication around delivery and fitting. I’m really happy with the overall experience and the blinds are lovely! Such great quality!

Jordan and his team have been very helpful! My husband and I had no idea or knowledge about curtains and its different types. Jordan gave us great advise and ideas as some rooms were challenging. The fabric selection and installation went super smooth and we totally LOVE how they look! I’ve been realised the big different a curtain can make to a room. Thanks again for the great service :)

Customer service was second to none — Jordan was especially helpful in assisting with making the right fabric/colour selections and Sandra was a pleasure to deal with on the customer service side.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! Jordan was very professional, and showed me a wide range of high quality fabrics, talking me through the different options. Both Jordan and Sandra were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The fitting was super quick and neat and tidy, and I'm delighted with how they came out! Overall a fantastic experience and beautiful curtains.

Highly recommended!
A very long review but a good experience calls for one.

Everything was absolutely brilliant from start to end. Very helpful communication, interaction and advise with respect to finalizing the order/qoute specially for us since we were lookikg to dress our new home windows which were not standard size. Very clear and quick communications about pricing, quotes and easy access through emails which was very helpful. The consultant home visits were professional and timely and not rushed at all. More than enough time was given to address all our questions and concerns and lot of interest taken to make sure our likes and dislikes are taken into consideration. Although lead time committed was a lot of weeks, but it was always highlighted from the start so very progessional approach and it was a pleasant surprise to have the curtains ready slightly ahead of that. The fitters were very professional and patient. There were lot of challenges they faced including taking materials up 16 floors by staircase and drilling complications in the wall which made them to clock way after their end time. But we found them in no rush to finish and just get the job done. They were very pleasant and paid attention to detail. The team highlighted themselves that the final dressing needs a bit of ironing without having to raise it which was another sign of brilliant service. Overall, very happy to have chosen madecurtains for our first time window. They look beautiful and just how we wanted them. Price point - reasonable when compared to competitors and given the quality of job done.
