David delivered beyond what he promised, and the process was relatively painless and quick.

Won a vintage teak table on madalyn.pro and the whole thing felt refreshingly human. Bidding was smooth, notifications arrived in real time, and the table was bubble-wrapped like it was heading to the moon. Pickup ran a tad late because their crew was swamped, hence the four stars. Still, extra cookies in the office and cheerful apologies made the short wait painless. Will bid again once the caffeine wears off.

This was a first experience with an auction and was under prepared to pickup our purchase. Their help was tremendous and we could not have done it without them. Thank Uou

Suggestions: Prop doors for busy times when people are coming and going.
Note at auction when furniture is upstairs.

Easily the most honest, knowledgeable, and responsive restaurant auctioneer I’ve ever worked with. If you are in the market for commercial restaurant equipment and have been burned before; David is someone you can trust. I did, and shaved 5k off our opening budget

Very well run auction! Everything explained well and the auctioneer was easy to deal with at time of pick up.

The big ticket item that we purchased was a cooler. Yes, technically it "worked" and that was by just turning on but it did not cool at all. Had a tech look at it and told us it would need alot of work. Feel like it was misleading.

It was a helpful auction and I certainly would buy again. The products were not described as perfect and they certainly were not perfect. You will get what you pay for and that’s a positive.

David is first class! My wife and I had never done an auction before. It was easy to sign up to the platform and on the day of the open house, David have me a quick rundown of what to expect. It went great! We couldn't be happier with our bargin treasures and the ease of business! I highly recommend!

My favorite local bar/restaurant closed and I bought some memorabilia. The staff let me borrow a full-size ladder when the one that I brought was too small.

Items were not as pictured at all, quite deceiving actually. Lot numbers were not on items when we arrived. Made for quite a scavenger hunt at times. Did not find auction staff to be very helpful at all, especially when he sat right next to people standing on items we had purchased. Spent most of his time outside smoking.
