Great response, easy to work with with and polite.

I had a very good experience with this auction. Two auctions and both same thing. Upon arrival I gave name and was very politely shown where all my items were located. The fellow even offered to carry and item out for me. Would definitely buy with them again.

Everything went smoothly, directions were good, and I picked up some quality tools for a very small fraction of retail.

Yep, I won items that were no longer there. I did receive my money back but the entire reason for doing an auction is to get something good for a lot cheaper than trying to buy it new so that was OK but not satisfying
Please get that issue under control because that's not good

Great Value of Items, with the prime focus especially
with secondary and tertiary items! The online website was clear. It did "wink" out on me once but rebooted almost instantly. The Distribution Center needs to put a street # Number or "Auction Pick Up" sign at the road, it was tough to find, (but it my first Time)

Very professional and courteous. Will definitely do business in the future. Totally looking forward to it. Thank you for your service.

I understand previews are a good idea but sometimes the distance is a deterrent. However reasonable pictures along with a reasonable description of the items builds trust with bidders. Taking chances can sometimes sting and all but 1 item purchased in this auction stung.

Product was as advertised. Staff was very helpful and thorough at pick up. Transaction was smooth and very timely.

Unfortunately I don’t believe the advertising by the company was accurate on one of the items purchased. Noted in the ad was a mixer that was 1 year old. Upon receipt considering wear and tear and further discussion with the manufacturer this was not the case No previews excite in line were available so while I realize we were buying in good faith it didn’t bode well for our attending future auctions set up like this

The pictures of one of my items was not clear. It said display shelf - but the picture includes other things and glass. There should have been a clear description of what was included - at least what was not icluded to not have a mistunderstanding. That was dissappointing.

I would not recommend this company. They advertised a 6x6 walk in fridge, which was the exact size we needed to fit in our space at our shop. We bid on and won the product. When we got it home, we discovered that it was actually an 8x8, which won't fit. We called and discussed the issue with the owner. We offered to drive the fridge back to him at our expense and asked for a refund, since it was not the size advertised. He said "mistakes happen" and there was nothing he could do. He eventually offered us a $200 refund and recommended we cut the fridge down to size. I find it unacceptable that a business would not make their mistake right. We are now out $1800 and stuck with a fridge we can't use. I would not trust the condition of any product on their site.

This is my first time bidding on one of their auctions. I'm looking forward to what they have to offer next!

You’re buying instead of a picture of the box. The box said 250, I actually got 200. Also a description of the pick up location would have been nice. I figured it out but took a minute.
