No after sales service! I bought a Mac Pro in February 2022 I received it in May 2022 and it had a problem I reported it immediately to Make (after sales service) it told me that it had to be repaired in Switzerland and in Switzerland they saw that this Mac was more than 3 years old and that it no longer had a warranty even though I bought it as new. I didn't think I would be robbed by this company to whom I paid over £9000 and now I have a Mac Pro with problems that no-one wants to repair. Thank you make store UK

Everything was right apart from it being delivered to the wrong house completely, luckily I saw the van going past and guessed what had happened.

All great with the Imac, again, apart from the completely wrong plug for a uk buyer.

Still deserve 5 stars though.

Excellent service - very happy with my refurbished Mac

First class service. Clean and speedy device at a fair price and quickly delivered.

I am a technically layperson investing in a refurbished iMac, so reassurances were important to me. After some research I chose Mac Store because (obviously) they’re Mac specialists, their website provided clear information, they had good company reviews, the price was competitive, they offered a warranty and, when I called asking a few questions (re. warranty, condition, and spec) they answered the call quickly and were helpful with clear answers. When I received my grade B 2019 iMac it was extremely well packed, delivered the week I requested, and looks brand new (still haven’t found why it was graded B cosmetically yet). I have been using it for work for over a week now and all seems to be technically sound. I am really pleased and would go straight to Mac Store when buying Apple products again.

Fabulous company. Got the fully maxed out iMac 48 hours after order very well wrapped and packed. had to ring tech to be gently reminded that my keyboard had to be turned on to pair in a very polite way - duh, other than that everything is perfect and if I were recommending anyone to get a refurbed Mac you guys would be first choice... now back to Hogwarts ;-)

Everything arrived on time and in good condition

I can't fault the price and how well the machine runs. The whole thing was in perfect condition apart from the screen which was marked. It still works fine. Just my ocd. I also had to update the OS to get it to run Logic Pro X but it's working now. My only gripe was the courier service. All couriers are shocking in fairness, and it could have been a lot worse, however this one would not give me a choice of delivery time, or an ETA. Therefore they kept trying to deliver it when I was at work. In the end I told them to take it to the depot for me to collect myself, This dragged out for days.
