Machinio.com Omdömen

They are a fraud and unprofessional company stay away from them
They didn’t provide the promise service, their action is very irresponsible
And the icing over the cake I had a friendly conversation with one of their associate her name is Maggie about the future of my company after I sold itand after the call she charged my card $2000 without my consent or authorization

We have had a working relationship with Machinio for over 5 years listing our machines on their site worldwide and have been very pleased with our service. Our Account Manager has always been prompt to respond and super helpful. Reports are easy to find at your fingertips. 5 stars. Thank you Machinio!

Machinio made it happen…we have been using the site for years as Buyers but this is the first time we tried the site as a Seller. Within 60 days we sold our conveyor 2,000 miles away exceeding our expectations! We highly recommend the site. It’s super easy to navigate, great service support and most importantly highly effective! 10/10!

Ingalls Process Equipment Co. in Gainesville, Ohio is a great place to go for used equipment. My research and commercial focus is on powder and powder suspensions. Mr. Ingalls had a bunch of equipment around that are. He also most pleasantly lead me around to both large and small batch equipment and I bought 2 rheometer devices form him. Good place to go for equipment. James H. Adair

Great experience with Machino.
Very professional and helpful team.
Highly recommended.

Very good experience so far. The website is easy to use, and we are getting more inquiries from the right audience. It’s a solid system and adds value to our business.

We are in member for 8 years. whenever I got the machine, the info automatically makes up load to Machinio, sales to the client over the world. so we can save the work for 20 % more. inn addition, Machinio is follow us up the access count, they can propose some goods for sales

Very reliable.I have used machinio several times and so far the service has been excellent. I definitelly recommend.

Very very unfortunate that they get you to sign up with them by saying it’s a month to month service and then come to find out in the fine print it’s a year long contract. Make sure you get everything via email so the salesman that pushes this on you doesn’t change the terms on you. Read everything before you sign. Also, I wouldn’t use this company because none of their staff knows if they can do an inventory feed. I wasted a lot of time and money only to get everything built and find out they can’t do a simple inventory feed from my software provider. Don’t let the low price fool you. It’s cheap for a reason.

I've been working with Lenka.
She always helps us well. She's always responsive, respectful.
We are quite happy with results we get from Machinio.
and we are sure that we will be working with them for long time in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our experience with Machinio was excellent from beginning to end.

We purchased a used MAJA ESM 4550 for our meat processing facility in Canada. The platform made it easy to find the equipment we were looking for, and the listing accurately represented the machine.

Throughout the purchasing process, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We were especially impressed with the outstanding service provided by Max Leib at M&M Equipment. He kept us informed at every step, answered all of our questions quickly, provided photos and videos of the machine in operation, and ensured everything was ready for pickup and international shipping.

The entire process—including payment, export documentation, transportation coordination, and customs preparation—went very smoothly.

We would definitely use Machinio again and highly recommend both Machinio and M&M Equipment to anyone looking for quality used food processing equipment.

Thank you for a great experience!

Our experience with Machinio has been very positive.

The platform is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to list and promote equipment. It also provides international exposure, helping us reach a wider and more relevant audience of potential buyers.

We have also found the communication with leads to be quite efficient, while the support from the Machinio team has been professional and responsive.

The sale of the Silverson L5M laboratory mixer went very well & easily. It was for a foreign company that we didn't know anything about, so it was down to Machinio's contact that we made the sale.
It's worthwhile paying Machinio's fees when they make sales for us.

VERY POLITE AND FAST..GOOD QUALITY OF PRODUCTS..
THANK YOU..
