Macback Omdömen

I really enjoyed working with MacBack! When I purchased a new Mac from Apple, they sent me to a different site to trade in my old MBP. The price was good, but they only offered an Apple Store gift card. When Macback quoted my Mac, they offered $25 more as a cash transfer. They ended up having to reduce the value because some cosmetic damage, but they were very forthcoming about the price change. After opening the quote, I was given a personal representative who handled the whole process and kept me updated on any changes. I received my transfer soon after submitting my bank info with no trouble at all. Absolutely recommend Macback to anyone looking to trade in their old Mac!

I was looking to sell my IMac and based on the stellar reviews I decided to try MacBack. I highly recommend this company. They offered more than anyone else for my IMac and the transaction was very straightforward and handled promptly. I was paid for the item the day after they received it.

Macback pays much more than anyone else plus they pay VERY quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I turned in my MacBook Pro retina 15 and my iPhone 6 Plus here, which was sitting for years. I was worried the two items were so expensive and I don't want to ship it to somewhere I don't know. However, it turns out, Macback.us has very fast, and effective shipping and assessment procedures. I am very convinced about their reasoning and offers. With PayPal, I get the real cash quickly. (While Apple Store and many other places only offer gift cards) The only thing I regret is, I should have contacted them earlier.

Couldn’t have been easier. Communication was excellent at every step.

Great company. Made the transaction so easy. Sent me a box. Got paid the day they received it. Highly recommend!

Good people and easy process. Would definitely recommend.

Mac Back offered me the highest price i could get. I got the money so quick in a few days. Customer service is excellent also. Theyre just an email away! Tnx so much Mac Back!

Very impressed with this company. Firstly they offered me more for my MacBook Pro than any other trade-in/recycle company. It almost seemed too good to be true but then I saw they had many positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed with how their customer service quickly reached out to me after I received my first quote. Very friendly and helpful. And the fact that they provide shipping materials like a box and label for free made it so easy for me to package everything up. And to top it all off within 3 days of me sending the Mac they had already received it, tested it, and paid me the amount that had been quoted. Friendly, helpful, swift, and with great integrity is how I would describe this company. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any of my friends!

They communicated with me throughout the entire process and made it so easy. Their price was fair and they deposited the money in my account the same day they reviewed it. I would highly recommend this company, they are great!!

Macback was great to deal with. The shipping box was delivered quickly and the packing material was top notch, I had no fears of the computer being damaged en route.
Payment was fair, especially for an older Macbook Pro (9 yrs old) and in my bank account the SAME DAY they reviewed my machine.

If you're looking for a place to sell your Mac, and you want top dollar ... you owe it to yourself to check these folks out.

Thanks!

Heather made our transaction as trouble-free as possible.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their equipment.

Everything was super easy, from the quote to getting paid. I worked with Heather, who answered all of my questions honestly and promptly! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Excellent, fast service. I was communicated with throughout the entire process and was paid right away. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Macback!

Quick and easy company to deal with. Responded very quickly to all my emails. They were also the best price that I could find to sell my old mac.

Macback was super easy to work with, processed my computer, and gave me a great quote. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone interested in re-selling their computer!

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical about sending my computer out, before I received any money. I was totally wrong! Not only was the process super simple, I received communication the whole time, from start to finish. I received payment, a few days after sending out my computer. From now on, if I have any more Mac products to sell, I am going to Macback, first! 100% awesome results!

Good experience, very straight forward.

Fast and easy service, Macback gave me a fair quote for my 9 year old device and the money was instantly sent to my paypal account. Heather was quick to reply to emails, for a newer company I was quite pleased.
