Although we should expect any items that we order from China, these items arrived quicker than expected (3 weeks)
If you order from somewhere half way across the world you have to adopt patience and trust that it will eventually arrive.

Very worst experience, seen the review on facebook and advert on these storages even entering humans, and I ordered lathe 3 ones, ine to receive 3 little things, I was expecting to use it as a storage, but it was 98% less than what I saw in the advert or what I anticipated.

Reaching me to refund my £29.98 will make me pull this review, so all buyers be ware

Customer service was very professional and friendly they went above and beyond to make sure they give their customers the best service

I bought 3 sets of low temperature welding rods from a facebook sdvert (something as a personal rule I avoid as I belive there are more scsms than genuine traders)
These arrived after a bit of a wait but they were totally smashed and not usable.
I reported this to the company and reveived a very prompt full refund. No argument.
well done, especially to Julia for solving this problem so easily.
I noe have the dilemma whether I csn risk another order as I would really like to try this product

It’s a scam-please don’t use them as the merch won’t arrive & ur card details will be severely compromised
